This was my first experience in a hostel, and I was not disappointed. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas are in perfect order, they clean several times a day. The staff is just great! The girls at the reception are always smiling, ready to help and tell you where to go in the city, how to get around or where to eat. The only small drawback is the slightly thin walls, but earplugs solve that. Definitely 5/5.

The hotel gave a feeling of peace and comfort. The territory is well-groomed, there is a small garden and a terrace for relaxation. Everything in the room is new, clean and well-thought-out. Breakfasts are varied, always fresh pastries and aromatic coffee. It feels like every employee works from the heart to make the stay pleasant.

I stayed here twice because I was looking for a budget option near this location. The photo showed a pretty good room, of course I didn't expect impeccable service from a motel for such money, but I still wanted better conditions.
I stayed in two different rooms.
In room number 2, it really smelled, I was surprised to see the size of the towels, and you have to pay extra for extra ones, as well as for the iron, which is in EMERGENCY CONDITION! Okay. The first night was hard, but still bearable. It didn't even smell clean, service either.
A week later we checked in again, it was planned, I knew what I was getting into. But there were no curtains in room 8, unlike room 2, room 8 was smaller and dirtier, although there was no unpleasant smell. In room 8, which I checked in, there was a dirty toilet, they didn't flush the water. The floor was without a mat and sticky. But the most terrible thing, when I checked in, I immediately noticed a not-so-big spider near the bed and killed it. I arrived quite late, washed up and went to bed. And after some time, about 2/3 hours, I was texting with a friend, I felt a tickle on my elbow, I shook my hand and a spider fell on me!! Not small, I don’t know where it came from. It wasn’t on the walls.
I understand everything, but cleanliness is mega important, it doesn’t matter if the room is for 500 hryvnias or 1500. It has to be clean. This hotel is dirty.

Don't ever go here under any circumstances. Better not sleep. The so-called room is very dirty, the cold is terrible, damp, stink. The bed is terrible, not washed, I had to sleep in clothes. It's scary to be without shoes. And it's all for a fabulous 700 UAH per night.

In our room there were 4 sockets, if you consider the standard ones. It was possible to use two, because the third and fourth were at an inconvenient height. One must have been used for the air conditioner, and the other, in the bathroom, is only suitable for appliances with long wires.
There is a TV that also plugs into one of the functional outlets. I can't say anything about his condition, we refused the remote control at the reception.
There is a dryer, but it works. Maybe they turn it on in winter. However, in autumn, even in good weather, towels do not dry much, and things even more so.
There is no Wi-Fi.
In the evening there were no problems with hot water, but in the morning in 3 days I never managed to take a shower, because the water did not heat up above room temperature. I waited for more than 20 minutes, but the miracle did not happen.
The motel is literally under the workshop. And if you were planning to get a good night's sleep in the room, you are unlikely to succeed. We understood that they could make noise during the day, but clattering at half past 12 at night is unacceptable, in my opinion.
Because it's not about the sound of the door opening, but something like dumbbells falling in the gym.
The window of our room looked out onto a busy road.
By itself, such an overnight stay is more suitable for motorists who have had problems on the road. It is convenient to wait while your car is being repaired on the floor above, but if the breakdown is serious, I would not advise staying in a motel for several days.
Among the pluses are polite administrators and a maid.
I attach photos of the fines and the exterior of the rooms.

For one night stay is good. Not 5 *, but the linen was clean, soap, paper, towels. The rooms are above the tire shop, can be noisy. We were lucky, apparently, the shift was not loaded.

Words cannot describe how outraged I am, we booked a double room on the 18-20th, the plans changed a little, on the 17th I come to personally inform the administrator about the change of dates, agreed, left the reservation on 18-19. Mademoiselle calls me on the day of arrival and says: "your room is busy, because the guests extended their stay, we can do that." Then what the hell, excuse me, do you even put armor if they make absolutely no sense? And last time, when we stayed in this motel for 2 nights, everything went fine. The most disgusting of such situations.
