This boutique hotel is lovely and set in a beautiful neighbourhood on a hill overlooking the city. The service was wonderful and the hotel was exceptionally clean.

The rezletka in the toilet is hanging (hanging), the hood is clogged with dust. Linen, towels are clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
