Rooms were OK, only the bedside lamp was broken. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning, when asking about it at reception (and also telling about the bed side lamp) they did not understand as receptionist was not speaking English. I stayed at that hotel for a couple of days, and the most unpleasant and confusing part was the service at the reception. Their bad attitude. I can handle it usually, but when I mentioned something in my room wasn’t working and they responded with ‘everything works there,’ followed by an unwilling ‘ok, I’ll send somebody to your room,’ with a look of frustration, I really didn’t like it.

I got a junior suite because I needed some extra room to work. The room is fantastic. Very spacious. Large bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are stores, restaurants, ATM, and pharmacies very close by. Highly recommend this hotel.

A nicely renovated Soviet-era hotel in a great location. Nothing too fancy, but clean, generally good quality with friendly people at a relatively good price. The buffet breakfast is average but authentic. The restaurant decor is a mix of traditional and modern.

I am spending in this hotel a lot of time since working in Ukraine. Rooms very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It was comfortable nice place, except everything is made of wood, so it is so loud, you can hear your neighbors walking or speaking. The room was clean, but too warm , a big mirror, a fridge, a kettle and some kitchen stuff. Also if you are on the first floor you can meet some mouses so be carefull with them.

We lived for two days. I liked everything, absolutely everything. Clean large room, toilet, shower ok. Breakfast to choose from - all delicious. The territory of the hotel itself is clean. July 2019, mission group. Honestly the staff went put of their way to take care of us. Breakfast was simple and nice. The room was spotless. Plenty of hot water. Quiet. We did not use the pool or spa. I asked to see it. It was nice. We had drivers and interpreters who made this much easier. We were treated as much welcomed guests. Such a nice place to spend a couple of nights. This hotel located on the outskirts of the city, tho it's not far from city center. Here's no noise just a cozy and warm atmosphere, stuff is polite, rooms are clean, prices are affordable. Nothing to complain:D

Although I didn’t expect much, I was pleasantly surprised with our 4-night stay here. The rooms were well-kept, had heating (we were in the middle of December), and nice amenities like a teapot and tea. The employees were especially nice, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for a pleasant stay :)

Very spacious rooms, clean, nice, reasonable prices, there is a restaurant and private parking. Friendly staff, overall good. Of the minuses - far from the center, and a creaky bed .. Although the room is large, it lacks a sofa or soft chairs.
