Clean and very nice rooms, tasty and interesting food and last but not least friendly and hospitable hosts. It is worth staying here.

We rested with my husband at the end of January 2022. The room is perfectly clean and spacious. The only bottleneck is the road. In winter, it is quite problematic to overcome the last 500 meters

The placement was also a major reason we chose this hotel , as soon as you leave the hotel, you'll be right on the slopes down to the mountain, which saves a lot of time and effort getting to the ski resort

We are vacationing in Ribas with a large group of children. Very nice interior, welcoming and always friendly staff! There is a playroom, the children are delighted. Compact SPA (sauna, hamam, pool and jacuzzi)

I was very impressed by the recent designer renovations in some rooms in the Pravda building – room 3 with a magnificent view is a 10! Among the downsides: too much chlorine in the pools and jacuzzis, and the restaurant is clearly not designed for the 30 rooms in the hotel

Stayed with family for three nights. Good service, stuff is very nice and friendly. Food in restaurant is delicious. Since the place is really nice it's full of people, was hard to get a table in restaurant for a dinner

We visited the restaurant and the grounds – it's fantastic, with gazebos and pools, and everything is thoughtfully designed for a large group. The hookah was fantastic, and the food was delicious

The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the pools offer incredible mountain views, the rooms are clean and beautiful (we were a large group and stayed in the Rotonda cottage – we loved it), and the food was delicious

Dinners (regional cuisine) and sauna (nice after skiing) as an additional, but paid, option. And a very friendly and flexible team (with many thanks to Volodymyr for his positive approach to my requests)

And for the good price you get a comfortable and clean room with a nice breakfast (buffet type, with a wide selection of meals and good coffee)

The only disadvantage (for foreigners who do not have Ukrainian banking card) is the payment in cash only (in the restaurant and for stay)

I truly recommend the stay in Villa Nikoletta, especially if you do not plan a huge budget for your lodging in Bukovel

Good location, near the main road and 1km from 1st parking. We got really nice and clean room for 3 persons. It was warm in the room and the temperature can be controlled. There is a place where you can dry ski equipment

Service 10/10! - Of the few places where they speak English! - They helped us order food one night at 10:30pm, ordered our taxi rides, and even asked us every night what we wanted to have for breakfast the next morning so we could reserve on time

Food is better than in many restaurants (and way cheaper)! - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are an incredible mixture of delicious local food and an international variety of plates like English & French breakfasts, pasta-carbonara, and stakes

- 15 min walk from a plaza with attractions, amazing restaurants, local stores, and much more. - Some of the attractions include a roller coaster, zip-line from the top of a mountain, cable car up-down, & others

Before booking the room, studied the reviews. Later all turned out to be true: a stylish and cozy rooms, cleanliness all around, hot water, drinking water coolers on each floor

They put a smile on my face when after the first night they noticed that I had green tea not black and when they refreshed my room when I was away they restocked only with green tea :-) keep up the good work, felt great!

Everything you can expect of a high quality hotel: excellent rooms, delicious restaurant at the first floor (breakfast is included, you can choose from a few dishes the night before, so they will have it cooked just for you, and serve at the time of your choice)

The staff were nice & gave us free tea each time we needed, but I can see that they are lacking hospitality training to run such an amazing place. So I guess keeping more iteams in the room will make it much much better

you will need to have your own Shower gels, shampoo, water. You can ask for hair dryer from receptionist, just keep in mind if you are living at the 4th floor you will have to walk down to order anything you need

Some trouble communicating with staff since I don't speak Ukrainian, but they were still very nice and helpful - and Google translate is a great tool! No restaurant at the hotel (only breakfast) but there is one very close by that serves great borscht

Those who write about water and infections - dear, those who often rest in Bukovel - know this problem. It was, is, and probably will always be. This is not a problem of a particular hotel

With all due respect to the owner of Arnika, the deputies rest in hotels several times more expensive. Just drink only bottled water and use it for, for example, brushing your teeth

Wherever you choose a hotel, of course, if not in the parking lot itself, you will still be stuck in traffic jams. It is February now, I drove to parking lot #2 in 10 minutes

In the season, you will spend longer leaving the parking lot than going there. Another plus is the own kitchen, spacious comfortable rooms and the view from the window

We stayed in February 2025. We loved everything. The climb was a bit steep, but luckily the road was always cleared, so we had no trouble getting up. The house itself was very large and clean.

Indeed, at night some equipment like a generator turns on there, but to be honest with the balcony doors closed it is almost inaudible. All the nitpicks are minor and do not spoil the overall impression of the holiday

If you have the warehouse view - you aren't lucky one, but in general the mountain view from your room can be perfect

The disadvantages are very minor: - when something ran out at breakfast, I had to personally ask for more scrambled eggs (the girls did not monitor) - there was no brush for cleaning shoes in the room and you have to ask for it by calling the reception - we had a room with a view not of the mountains and on the second floor

I like this hotel a lot, it has three buildings that nicely decorated with some sculptures, lights, paintings on the walls

Location is awesome too! 5 min to the resort, 3 min walking distance to the grocery, 2 min to the delicious restaurant "Eleonora"

The rooms have never been cleaned in 4 days, nor have soaps or shampoos been brought. Once they brought toilet paper. The restaurant in the hotel is not bad, quite budget compared to other restaurants nearby

The room is full of sovdepiya with creaking closet doors. In any room of the building with a sauna you can hear the water pump for cleaning the pool. Invited wifi and communication in general
