This was my first time staying at the Radisson Bukovel hotel. The location is excellent, and the cuisine and spa are neat and interesting. The room design and cleanliness are of a good standard.

Good location of the hotel. The hotel is located near the slope where horses graze and beautiful views open. Delicious breakfasts at the hotel and clean spacious rooms. Good spa center

Radisson is very comfortable and feels like pure luxury. The rooms are stylish and elegant, the design is modern and beautiful. Staying here is relaxing, cozy, and peaceful, and the service is truly excellent.

Location of the hotel is great, only 50 mt to ski lift and ski rental room. Room size more than enought and balkony with great wiev. Hotel provides you private warm ski store for your ski equipments. Very excellent hotel with an excellent mountain views and reasonable prices. It is worth mentioning that I have forgot some personal governments documents and hotel has found them sent them to me in Saudi Arabia. Much appreciation.

Very good hotel. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed in October so the prices was very good. But WiFi is terrible. Connection is breaking and the speed is unstable all the time for all people in our team.

We rested at the end of May. Prices for such a service are miserable. Nice spa and covered parking. The restaurant is cheaper than neighboring huts. Superior Junior Suite with great view and soundproofing. The hotel is very decent.

I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay, and upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet the reception staff were. Even though they didn’t speak English, they were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast attendant was also incredibly kind and attentive—a big star for her, as she managed to take care of so many people, including children, at the same time. Was really a pleasure staying at chevalier hotel, my apartment was really nice and clean it was so luxury that I felt like I'm staying in a 5 ⭐ hotel, the staff were really worm and walcomeing, they went out of their way to help in whichever way possible, they washed my clothes, help me out with attractions where to go, arranged the car service, and they also have an awesome spa and pool with a jacuzzi...

Very cool hotel. Clean and very compact. There is a robe, hair dryer and everything you need in the room. Very convenient, you can go straight from Gorka to the hotel on skis. There are special lockers for skis and boots. A whole separate room. Delicious breakfast. Delicious meat plate. Friendly staff.

A good hotel. The girls at the reception are flirtatious and positive. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean. There is enough space. The buffet breakfast is at the level of European hotels (if it is not included in the price of accommodation, it costs 300 UAH, which is easy to recoup). It was a very great experience there! The employees are all very nice and friendly. Its very close to the first parking lot, and the shopping center. The spa and swimming pool are comfortable and cozy. Would come here again!

Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

Good value, perfect location and staff

Stayed with family for five nights. Great location especially suitable for skiing since it's nearby lifting. The modern apartment is comfortable with everything that was needed. Internet was perfect which is rare in hotels. The staff was really nice and professional, we liked a lot. The hotel has its own SPA.

Amazing location, in the heart of Bukovel! The room was so clean and tidy! It was everything you need and even more! Tableware for everyone's taste! Also nice Spa and great service! Recommend to visit!

Awesome place! Very romantic roof with windows and snow on it. We came at 12 and was settled at 12:10 and without any wait for 3 PM. Also temperature in room is normal and good view through the window. It placed in strategic center of Bukovel near 2 and 7 tracks and have parking number 2, Buka club, rink and fair.

Not bad hotel with not very expensive price in summer time. It placed in the center of bukovel, location are very good. There is a children rest camp on the 3rd floor or something like that, and they are very loud sometimes.

I only used the lounge for coffee and food but it's great. Open til 2am which is useful for bukovel. Food was delicious and barman very friendly

The beer is very tasty, though minus what to bring only half a liter. Another negative - the kitchen.

The rooms are not cleaned well enough. For this money you can stay at nearby hotels with a much more clean and well-kept rooms.

Just returned from a few days ski break in Bukovel. First time in Skilandhouse, after a dozen or more visits to this famous ski area in the Ukraine. To sum up: this is an excellent hotel - with good infrastructure/facilities, clean and confortable, and with nice staff. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back. Would strongly recommend it to other travellers.

The hotel is 100 metres from the ski lift No. 1. At the first restaurant-brewery with a fairly mediocre beer

The hotel leaves a pleasant impression, clean and cozy hall. The café is pleased freshest beer from its own brewery, good hookah and a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

I put four stars mostly for their outstanding breakfast. The room is not more than just basic.

Close to the slopes, bus to main slope and able to Snowboard back in the evening

Everything was great. The food was outstanding, personnel was super nice, room was clean and warm. I definitely recommend this place.

In overall I liked our stay, I put 5 stars, but there are pros & cons. Note: I'm not evaluating the hotel from the skiing perspective, as we stayed in October and were looking for spa-hotel. Pros: 1) hotel is brand new, very nicely renovated, a lot of wood in interior, which makes the hotel modern and cozy at the same time 2) bed is amazing! So comfortable! Great hotel, delicious food, big breakfast and nice spa big size indoor swimming pool and sauna. Also they have Roman sauna. It was great experience overall. Highly recommended

Perfectly located comfortable clean hotel. Very close to the center while far away from other buildings. We paid 2200 per night in July 2018 for 2-room apartment well suited for family of 3 adults and 2 kids. It was the best price in its class. Everything was great. By amenities it would be a 3-star no-breakfast hotel in the US ranking. The hotel restaurant is as expensive as other local restaurants...

Nice hotel, nice restaurant perfect service. Not the best location, near the ski lift, but need to walk on the road without sidewalk.
