Pros - hairdryer in the room, perfect location in different directions, river nearby, mountain view and the owner meets you earlier/later both at check-in and check-out (with extra charge), prompts and advises what and where

This is not a cottage but a very natural motel by the road - two days maximum
It is not designed for a long stay here, although we were not going to be here for a few days - to the stove in the morning to cook something for breakfast and go somewhere until the evening, you have to stand the line of people who live here and are constantly cooking and frying something, some workers or someone, the same barbecue with a barbecue on the street, and no table or chairs, and also a yard full of cars
The room itself for three (second floor window to the road) is nothing but too small and again no table or chairs in the room
The hum of cars, motorcycles and voices and the chirping of traffic lights at night, to sleep and It's hard to sleep
And the most important thing - in 7 days/6 nights there was no cleaning in the room, once they offered to change the towels, but they gave out toilet paper every day, drying things is the same as with the kitchen, one dryer is portable and it is not on the third floor, it is constantly cluttered and busy

From the pleasant: Good price, cozy inside, there is an accessible kitchen, refrigerator, hairdryer and iron, tables for eating, barbecue, a large outdoor playground nearby. Many attractions nearby, close to Bukovel. You can park in the yard.

From the bad: Noise from the road, towel dryer does not work, there was no room cleaning for 6 nights, garbage was not taken out. The TV did not work, the plumbing needs some repair.
