Trio Hotel Restaurant in Ivano-Frankivsk

I am totally disappointed. We got the room in separate building. The receptionist led us to the room and immediately disappeared before our reaction. Entrance was through the toilet. There were few bugs inside the room. The bed sheet and towels were dirty. The water smells disgusting, so we brushed our teeth using bottled water. Honestly NOT recommend this hotel.

Shame! I ordered a vat and a bath, arrived with my wife and two children, it turned out that they forgot about me and did not even melt. Decided to celebrate my own birthday with my family, got there by taxi.
There was no one at the reception, first the cleaning lady came out, then the COOK, COOK, CARL dealt with my question! They poked a phone in my ear with an administrator on the wire: “We didn’t write you down, we can turn a penny.” There were no even attempts to somehow resolve the issue, the maximum they came up with was - "We can urge you for 7 pm." (and I ordered for 3! that is, in their opinion, I had to sit and wait 3 hours to get into the bathhouse). They apologized in passing. So mediocre and disregard for service that no one even came down to me! If I were the owner, I would just fire this mediocrity that takes orders! DISGUSTING PLACE! The attitude is just rude. The mood is spoiled, the money for a taxi was returned 100 UAH, but it turned out to be problematic to leave from there, as a result, the family waited for a taxi back for about 15 minutes, and it cost 150 UAH. I lost a lot of time, the children did not go to circles, to the last lessons to get here.

I don’t recommend this place, if you suddenly have problems, they will send a COOK to sort it out (no complaints about it, they just set up a person to deal with other people’s jambs)! If you have a cook and an administrator, and a bathhouse attendant, and at the reception - pay the person a triple salary! Not enough with customers to solve problems of elementary respect!

At the same time, I paid the advance immediately and specified whether they would wait for us or not. Who needs screenshots - I will provide.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND MONEY FOR THE WIND.

FOR 6 PEOPLE AS THEY DIVIDE THE EXAMPLE OF MASHED POTATOES (this is one example, but this is in all dishes, you want to make a holiday, look in Google, but not a trio of Jews.)
WANT TO EAT GOOD AND CELEBRATE, LOOK FOR THE BEST ESTABLISHMENT.
