Good hosts, they care a lot about cleanliness and coziness. The rooms are cozy, nothing extra and everything is there. Great sauna, billiards, yard, large kitchen (enough space for all guests).

The only thing is that the water has a little sediment (maybe only we got this way), so we bought it for tea/coffee in the store

It is not the first time that I stay in this mini-hotel with great pleasure and remember it fondly after visits. I had to visit at different times of the year, and most often in winter. Very clean, very warm, there is everything you need in the kitchen, there are good restaurants nearby. Very convenient location - next to the highway, I wouldn't say that the road interferes with rest. The place is picturesque, a spruce forest begins immediately behind the manor - a luxury for mushroom pickers. For skiers, there is a good rental across the street with a decent selection and fairly reasonable prices.
Mrs. Natalya is a cheerful and friendly hostess, unobtrusively creates comfort and responds to requests. On the last visit, the whole company was simply fascinated by the meeting with the host - a sincere, open, friendly and refined man.
I do not recommend it to those who are looking for ostentatious grace and luxury, but I wholeheartedly recommend it to those who are looking for convenience, a friendly atmosphere, warmth, cleanliness and moderation, including in the price.

Good value for money! Hospitable staff. Very clean. WiFi could be better. But the nature and overall atmosphere compensate for it!
