We arrived on February 12 for a couple of days to swim in a hot spring. They settled us quickly, we really liked the room, but it’s cool in winter, the audibility of other vacationers is 70%. We really liked the food, everything is tasty and varied, as for a buffet in Ukraine. I recommend

We came to this hotel by chance. They called about booking, literally, on the day of arrival. But we realized that the choice turned out to be successful, because we liked everything: the room, delicious food, the friendliness of the hotel staff and proximity to the hot spring. The only fly in the ointment is the cost of accommodating our 3 kg dog. We did not pay so much in any hotel in Ukraine, and we visited a lot of them with a dog. I deduct one point for this.
A large territory, a playground, a swimming pool (which will probably be completed by the summer) make Chalet thermal attractive for families. We would have returned if the cost of accommodation for small dogs was not so high.

We rested out of season, in early January. The main plus of the hotel is close to the sea and a hot spring. In winter, of course, the wind is strong, but we swam in hot water and it was nice. The hotel area is large, but there is still room for improvement. I would like more greenery and shade, otherwise in the summer it will not be possible to hide from the sun. The playground is new and good. The pool is to be completed. It would also be nice to have an indoor spa for the cold season.
The rooms are good, large, with a view of the sea is generally wonderful. Food is homemade, delicious. But I didn't have enough fruit.
Dogs run around. It is clear that they can climb and come running from everywhere, but it would be scary with a child, they can bark and it was a little annoying. Although the staff tried to solve the problem.
I think this is the best place to stay in the area, although there is room for improvement. We hope to come back to you :)

We arrived at the hotel on 08/05/2021. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. The room is excellent, the hotel has a modern design, I want to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, daily cleaning, towels, bed linen - everything is new, the mattresses are comfortable.
The food at the hotel is good, there is a lot of food and variety, the restaurant is clean, the dishes are whole. Corresponds to the concept of ultra.
Separately, I want to note the girls who make comfort and a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Thanks to their work and smile on their face, it is very pleasant to be in the location. For which, many thanks!
The hotel is clean everywhere, everything sparkles.
For me, this is a hotel where I definitely want to return! The only thing I would like to draw the attention of the administration to is the uniform of the staff, give your beautiful girls skirts instead of "pants to grow". Respect of the administration: there is a daily fight against mosquitoes !!!
