Hotel Promenad in Kyrylivka

Excellent resort. Large pool, plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, cozy, clean rooms. We had a bungalow—a wooden house with a kitchen and veranda. We liked the cafe—delicious food and reasonable prices. Great new playground.
We were pleased with the children's entertainment.
The only letdown was the sea—there were countless jellyfish.

We came here for the first time and will definitely come again. The grounds are green, with lots of roses, pine trees, and fruit trees. The pool is fine, though it's a shame there's no depth adjustment. 1.6 meters is a bit deep for me, but not a deal-breaker. There's a jacuzzi and a children's paddling pool. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone. We were lucky with the weather and the sea. There were almost no jellyfish, and the sea was warm and clean. And it was late August. There were few mosquitoes closer to the sea, and plenty by the pool and barbecue area. The barbecue area is very convenient, with a sink and laundry facilities. There's a store nearby. Prices are half as high, but there's a good selection.
We stayed in a bungalow. It was clean and cozy. One note: the shower was already quite dirty, but otherwise, everything was spotless upon check-in. Our towels were changed and any requests were brought without issue. Special thanks to the security guards. They helped us bring in our things and kept our child from getting lost on the grounds. I liked the food at the cafe because the dishes weren't greasy, they were deliciously prepared, and there was a good selection. Several types of meat, fish, salads, side dishes, and entrees, as well as desserts.
Strangers aren't allowed around the base. Those who wrote about there being no security, please keep an eye out. Everything is there and everything works. We forgot a children's thermos on the playground. We found it the next day where we left it.
There's a cafe on the beach, slides, a trampoline, and catamarans.
By the way, you can pay everywhere at the terminal or transfer to a card. Convenient.
The entertainment for children is fine. The foam party was fun, but the same music played all day long... I see that's the case at all the bases.
Everyone was warm, polite, and pleasant. We'll definitely be back next year.

Good afternoon! I'd like to leave a review of the Promenade recreation center. My first impression was that the rooms are poorly cleaned. When we checked in, there were lots of cobwebs, dust on the nightstand, stains on the sofa and pillows, the tulle was also stained, and the blankets looked like they never washed them. There were also quite a few mosquitoes on the ceiling. The interior was a pleasant surprise, though: the room was large and well-maintained, along with a large bathroom with constant hot water. We stayed in a 2+1 minisuit, but when I contacted them via Viber, they said breakfast would be included for three, but it turned out to be only for two. Regarding the food, I'd like to say a special thank you to the chefs. The food is simply delicious, they prepare it as if it were for you, everything is delicious, the portions are large, there's a wide selection of dishes, and the prices are reasonable. The grounds are excellent, with lots of benches, trees, and flowers. It's very pleasant to stroll around the grounds. There's also a playground. The beach is large and not overcrowded. There are entertainers, and the young staff does a great job, and the kids love it. From 9:00 AM - exercise; from 5:00 PM - various small games; from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - a fun disco. There's also security who keeps people from entering outside the property, which was a pleasant surprise. Another downside was that people were occupying sun loungers under umbrellas near the pool, but not coming. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, but the cleanliness could use some work.

My first impression was of the room itself: the furniture was expensive and the interior was pleasant.
The grounds deserve special attention; strolling along the green and well-maintained path to the sea was truly a pleasure!
I really liked the unobtrusive service. Security and staff were present, but you didn't feel like you were being watched; everyone calmly went about their duties. The room was cleaned every five days or at the client's request.
I previously saw in the comments that people were using towels on the sun loungers by the pool... I don't know, I haven't seen that in ten days. It probably depends on the guests. We were lucky and there was always a spot under an umbrella. The water was checked and cleaned regularly.
The entertainment staff were simply brilliant; they were all pleasant young people, very attentive, polite, and patient with the kids. The entertainment and competitions were excellent! Even people from neighboring tourist centers were jealous of us.
Food: a large, bright dining room with a serving line, there's always room, the food is fresh, there's a good selection, and the portions are large. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay, and there were six options. It could feed two people. The syrniki, omelettes, and cottage cheese pancakes were delicious.
There's a cafe on the beach, and there are slides and a trampoline nearby. There are also some nice walks nearby, but it might be too quiet for young people. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
