Do not get fooled by a beautiful picture! Two rooms in this hotel were pre-selected and booked, a prepayment was left for the reservation, according to the person on the phone, this is a guarantee that our rooms will not be given to anyone. The day before arrival, they started calling the hotel to make sure everything was OK, but no one answered many calls. When we arrived, we tried for a long time to find an administrator, in the hope that after a long journey, we would check in and be able to to relax, but it wasn’t here !! the receptionist with a displeased face said, "I am very glad that you booked, but we do not have rooms!" She was silent for all questions, then finally issued a phrase that the owner’s relatives had arrived and they had to check them into our rooms. When asked why they didn’t answer calls, or didn’t call and didn’t warn, she answered “I just don’t know what to tell people” and started to run away from us. Since we were with a small one-year-old child (we warned the management in advance about this) we had no desire to go through the hotel and look for another hotel, we ran after it and tried to find some alternative, in exchange for two separate two local rooms , she offered us, two different families to live in the same room, and to put the rest for the rest of the mattresses, and this for a second with the child and for the same money that we would pay in the rooms we ordered! (By the way, this number was booked and if we agreed, the people who booked the room would be in exactly the same situation). the owner didn’t answer calls, answered only after a few hours, said that now everything will be decided and gone! Later we found out that there are a lot of people like us, they said that they arrived at a completely different hotel upon arrival, with worse conditions, but the price is the same and just allowed to have to buy in Veles in the pool !! In general, the attitude towards customers is terrible, the administrator is not competent and can not normally answer the questions!
