The hotel is quite nice. The staff is very active, helpful and solves problems.
Actually nothing outstanding, but the hotel positions itself as 3 stars. From my travels in Ukraine - 4+ stars. The rooms are clean, the towels are fresh. Warm, there is light, which is a lot considering the current situation. They take care of customers. The girls do their job well. Even excellent. This time I stopped by - they had an accident in one of the booked rooms, they gave me a much better room. For more than 5 stops in 2 years I can't say anything bad. Unless maybe the coffee is so-so and the breakfast is not a buffet, but only 4 options. But it doesn't affect the overall impression much. Not in the center, but there is everything you need, a supermarket, a pharmacy, shawarma (I don't eat it, but it's really good here), a normal Georgian restaurant nearby (worth a visit). I recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but I couldn't help but write here. Our room was an improved standard, incredibly cozy, comfortable, there is air conditioning with heat, but if there is not enough heat, there is also a heater. The room is clean, TV, WiFi, kettle, the bathroom has everything you need! And most importantly, no unnecessary smells of sewage, etc. And the girls at the reception are a separate topic. After a hard road, they brought tea, they greeted us very warmly, despite the fact that we had to book a room late at night😔
Most hotels even 4+ do not reach the level here.
There are breakfasts, which, unfortunately, I did not manage to try

A place where you can spend the night. Private parking. And the same building has a 24-hour supermarket. The staff is polite, clean. But with the children, I didn't stop there.

Was 09/21/2021, in general, the room is more or less normal, but there are enough minuses:
1.The biggest disadvantage of this hotel, as I understand it, is the CEO, after a hard day, at about 22:45 (I almost fell asleep), I was asked to go out and park the car, since this is his place (how should I have known this ), although it was free nearby !!!
2. The hair dryer is as uncomfortable as possible, you need to squeeze the entire handle so that it works (like an expander), you can pump up your fingers well ...
3.Room without kettle, refrigerator.
4.Breakfast was also 50/50, country-style potatoes were cooked at least the day before, and also cold, and one of the two pancakes was burnt (
The administrator is a good, polite girl, there are no complaints about her)

Convenient location. Though the facade is not very noticeable. Situated on the 3rd floor. First impression that you get in the service entrance of the Mall.But inside is clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly.Near supermarket and bus stop.

Entrance through the Parking lot. The hotel is on the 3rd floor. There is a pool table. Close to shops.
The two-bed room is quite spacious. Beds sleeping two.
Not very convenient to enter the room.
You need the Elevator to climb to third, and then walk to the 4th floor.
The room also has a / C, Hairdryer, fridge.
