An excellent budget option. Clean room, helpful staff, shared toilet and shower, and 24-hour hot water. A kettle is also on the floor, so you can make tea or coffee whenever you want. We were met at 10:00 PM and given a good portable lamp. The room has all the necessary furniture, and a nice bonus: cups, tea, sugar, and Wi-Fi. The train and bus stations are a 5-10-minute taxi ride away. I'm very happy with the service, 5 stars.

We were passing through, stayed for one night, late check-in, room for four. Greetings meeting at 19.45.
"Fresh" renovation in the middle, clean spacious room, linen and bathroom are clean (in the bathroom there is a heated floor). Hot water is available, due to the boiler. Heating is due to the air conditioner.
Breakfast can be ordered with delivery to the room from the restaurant "Budinok Pishchevycha", we refused, we visited the restaurant itself directly.

The hotel is after renovation, everything is fresh. The facade of the building is still waiting for renovation, but everything is OK inside. The suites are large, designed for three - there is a sofa. The room has a kettle, tea, TV, comfortable table.
The place is remote from the center, but there are shops, a post office, pharmacies nearby.
You can order breakfast from the best restaurant in the city - Budinok Pishchevych.
The staff is very attentive to the guests - every evening before our return they turned on the air conditioner for heating.

The hotel is very nice for such price. This the best quality, low-priced. You will get a separate room with a view to the Alexandria village. Though toilet is not in the room, there is nobody on the floor, so the bathroom is semi-private. Personnel is nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel to everybody who comes to Alexandria.

One bathroom with a toilet per floor. For a 2-star hotel, this is probably the norm. The bed linen is clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The room for 2 people was small. The TV is small with satellite TV, from which a couple of channels work (. In extreme cases, you can also spend the night here 🤔

The boss rented the hotel for me when I was on a business trip. Normal shower and toilet, one per floor for everyone. The room is clean, the bed was washed, starched. One nuance. They wash the bedding with some kind of chemistry from which the whole body itches, allergies. Now, if they wash with ordinary powder, then maybe there will be no irritation. The staff is good, polite. Top for the price

The conditions are good. The staff is pleasant. Shared bathroom and very clean. The price is reasonable and meets the conditions. Only the façade is confusing. If not for the inscription "Avatar" would never have guessed that this is a hotel. But in general the impression is good. Next time I will definitely use the hotel if needed. I RECOMMEND!
