I booked a room in advance. On the day of arrival I called back and confirmed the reservation.
Upon arrival, the room turned out to be given to a man and a woman of easy behavior, according to the staff. They offered to rent the room again in a few hours.
The conversation with the hotel administration did not resolve the issue, the conversation was incorrect, unprofessional, unpleasant.

The staff is drunk, the bill is not given, we ordered one amount of dishes, they gave us less, the dishes are dirty and stained, we have to wait a long time for the order, the service is at full speed, and at the end they were even rude.

If the owners want to make money, I recommend paying attention to the quality of service and the sanitary condition of the establishment in general…

I remember this cafe from a trailer in the forest in the 90s. I stop by here every time I have the opportunity. Today I ordered 300 grams of kebab, they brought what was in the photo and assured me that it was 300 grams. Instead of the liter of compote I ordered, they brought three glasses. My hands stick to the table because it hasn't been washed for a long time, the forks are dirty, I asked them to wash it. They washed it. Even with detergent. We've been waiting for a portion of ribs since 1:40 p.m. It's been an hour. The hall is empty! There's no one there. I won't come again.

The restaurant is good, delicious. But I didn't like the room at all. It was obvious that there had been no renovation for a very long time, it was cold in the room, even taking a shower was scary, because it was so damp. The only normal thing was the bed, and the bed was not the right size, I constantly had to adjust it so as not to sleep on a bare mattress...

The coffee is good, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the renovations are very beautiful.
As for the rooms, they haven't been renovated in years. The bed is terrible with springs sticking out, the shower doesn't even have a curtain, and the walls are covered in worn paneling. For 750 UAH per night, they could probably do with some minor renovations.

The only two positives about staying here are the spacious parking lot right across from the room and the fact that there are always plenty of empty spaces, which isn't surprising.

We arrived on Monday evening to eat, during the order we noticed that the staff was not sober. They waited 40-50 minutes for the order, reminding us that we were waiting for the answer, we would bring it now, as a result, we didn’t bring everything. In the end, they were also indignant that I brought what you ordered. I don't recommend this place!!
