We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We took a junior suite from 18.10 to 28.10.21. Many thanks to the administrator Natalia and the girls at the reception. All issues are resolved clearly based on the requests of the clients, we were checked in earlier, greeted in a friendly manner, we checked out earlier - so they gave us huge lunch boxes for the road. Rested at the hotel from 08 to 22 February 2021. Located in the very center of Skhidnytsia (18 source in 10 minutes walk). Excellent hotel of the European level. Unobtrusive service, cleanliness, excellent work of the reception staff. Delicious and varied food in the restaurant. Family vacation in February 2021 for 8 days. They were more than satisfied. I liked the procedures. The child is 4 years old, he was delighted with the pool, the food suited him. This is not the first time we have come to the Dzherelo hotel. It's just a place of complete relaxation. I can't get enough sleep and rest anywhere like in the "marshmallow", comfortable bed of the rooms. It is always clean, comfortable, pleasant, tasty, with love. The staff is responsive. Cool hotel. A beautiful area with three gazebos, two swings and barbecues. Clean, stylish rooms with recent repairs. The room has a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer. One not-so-big minus is that there is no area for cooking, so it is necessary to take this into account and take dishes with you. There is a dining room where you can additionally order breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Not a bad hotel. New. Clean. The view from the balcony to Skhidnitsa is beautiful. Food for an amateur: in the morning there are cutlets with porridge and for dinner pancakes and rugs are not used to. There is a playground. Minus. Make the road and drive to the hotel terrible. But this is not the fault of the hotel but the administration. But they could have warned at the time of booking.

I have been in this wonderful place 17 times and I am planning to visit it again. Apart from the most picturesque location the hotel is known for the exquisite cuisine, the mixture of Georgian and Ukrainian dishes cooked with love, and unforgettable and unusual architecture, with light spacy rooms, as if floating in the middle of the ancient forest... I remember that during my first visit I was shocked...

Excellent service and great location close to forrest. There are a couple hiking trails right next to the hotel. Can't wait to get back to enjoy authentic Georgian cuisine.

Amazing location in front of the forest, room windows show heavenly view which makes you want to stay forever. Great hospitality. The food was so good. We didn't want to leave. They even served us with Israeli shakshuka. We will come again for sure
