Great place for a relaxed stay. New facility, rooms are comfortable and cozy with your own heat regulation. The level of hospitality is amazing! The owners make you feel like home. The owner is also a great cook, so if you are in to food, that's the place stay!
Everything was within the close proximity from the hotel, was easy to navigate around.
Highly recommend to consider staying here if you are thinking if coming to Skhydnytsya.

A hotel that will certainly leave a warm mark in your heart!
Ideal location: close to the main springs. The hotel is quiet despite being close to the highway. Heat and hot water are always available.
Welcoming and hospitable hosts.
The house is clean, everything is new.
Food - for this separate and many thanks! I am sure that you have not yet eaten our usual dishes so tasty. This is what happens when a piece of the soul is invested in cooking.

Check-in by car is a bit steep, but it's not scary, you should drive in and out carefully.
Parking directly under the hotel.
There is Wi-Fi on the 1st and 3rd floors, coverage and speed are good throughout the hotel.

Perfect stay from in to check out. Excellent service, amenities and location. Anything we needed, the owners was able to help us with or get for our room. We will definitely be back!

I really liked the hotel! I was with my husband for May 2021.
The room is cozy, freshly renovated, everything is clean, very nice, thought out to the details. Bathroom is a pleasure
The location is very convenient. The hotel is on a hill. The view from the room is just rocking! All Skhodnitsa at a glance. In addition, the hotel is located near spring number 3, which is in the forest, so you are only 5 minutes away from walking in the forest.
The atmosphere, service and attitude of the owners is a pleasure. The attitude is very friendly. The feeling that they are worried about your comfort, and you are not just another bag of money.
Food - at the level of a cool restaurant) Gennady, the owner of the hotel, prepared breakfast himself (varied every day), and we sometimes ordered dinner. Other cafes, "Jumbo" or "Triumph", obviously fall short)
