Pros:

4. Nearby there are grocery stores, a market and everything you need, and you can also go to Ochakov in Atb.
5. Incredible sunsets.

Minuses:
1. Service is poor. We waited an hour for the cleaning lady to clean up, in the heat with the children. Although the stated check-in at 12. Then several times they ran and asked to bring a bed, then bring the bed, tk. not all were given.
2. A huge minus refrigerators, a family house with a kitchen, and a small refrigerator, even without a freezer, which had to be written off for a long time, and not constantly repaired.
The house has a TV, the wire of which is lengthened by a twist, and this is right next to the kitchen sink. Air conditioners are barely working. In general, the houses - the owner is not there. Everything is done to somehow hold on. Although initially the idea and implementation were excellent.
3. Another huge disadvantage is the disco. Be prepared that you will not be able to go to bed until 1 am. Despite the fact that the bulk of tourists are with children. And it screams so loudly that being inside that very disco, one cannot hear each other at the tables.
4. To the sea you have to go through the base, moreover, through a certain one, according to the issued pass, tk. there is a persistent violation of the law of Ukraine throughout the spit and there is no passage to the sea anywhere, they simply do not allow it, saying that this is private property and there is no separate passage between the bases either. Although Santa itself has a walk-through courtyard, all and sundry come to the bank of the estuary. Be prepared for the fact that on the bank of the estuary, locals will sit and plump and yell, right under your house.

There is a swimming pool. Good location. The staff is friendly, they work fast and a lot. But the room has a broken lock on the front door, the curtains are sometimes torn from the cornice.
