The hostess is very accommodating and hospitable. The service is excellent, the girls at the bar are very friendly, the food is delicious, the territory is well-groomed. Direct access to the beach.
Of the minuses: poor sound insulation between rooms, if you come across a family with a crying child or a noisy company, then you will hear it perfectly. The room lacked some elementary towel to wipe your hands (maybe towels are not accepted at such bases, but it would be nice to provide).
Otherwise, I liked everything, I can recommend to stay!

Came with a group on motorcycles for 1 day. For very modest money, we were provided with parking, a large umbrella, barbecue, grill. Clean toilet and shower. Nice area, clean and tidy. Modern bar with absolutely reasonable prices. And all this right on the beach! It turned out to be a great place for our trip.

I booked by phone, there were no expectations, we were at a wine tasting in Beykush, and this base was next to the sea side. But when we arrived, we were amazed at how cool it is, our "private" clean beach with a magical view, the rooms are right next to the sea, there is a kitchen, a barbecue, they built a tandoor, a cafe, the rooms are clean, nice staff. They were very satisfied. We would like to return to this base

We came for the weekend with our loved ones, we went according to excellent reviews. Well, firstly, the base is very good, clean, comfortable. We were given a room with a sea view, we had never had such a good time. Secondly, the administrator Tatyana, just a gorgeous, responsive woman, a special thank you to her for settling almost at night. Thirdly, very tasty cuisine, reputable people rest, no unnecessary noise and running around. Even the kids have something to do. We didn't even want to leave. Fourthly, the prices are not too high, for such comfort and homeliness, the value for money is incomparable. Thank you all for this little corner of happiness and warmth.

We just drove along the spit and looked for a recreation center. We visited various bases, from where immediately, after inspection and acquaintance with the administration, I just wanted to run away. But Oleander immediately interested us in the attention of employees. They both knew what and how we want. We were immediately offered an excellent room with all amenities for a price lower than that of neighboring bases for a very reasonable fee. We were looking for a room for one night, but as soon as we realized where we were, we immediately extended the application. And what we got: just a homely cozy resting place with a minute exit to a clean and well-groomed beach. The staff did their job 100%. Beginning: internal 24-hour secure parking, a very attentive administrator who answers all questions before they arrive). Diligent employees. Clean and well-maintained rooms with quality furniture, good plumbing and a bunch of pleasant things. From any room to walk to the beach - a maximum of a minute. The attention of the administration and management to details is noticeable. Everything is just great. They can also provide tasty food themselves, and provide a kitchen and barbecue facilities for free. And there are playgrounds for the kids. Even garbage, and they try to sort it. I could never rate the hotel 10 out of 10, but here it’s definitely all 10. An excellent option for a vacation for both a couple of romantics and a family with children. Professionalism is known in details and constancy. In Oleander-1 - this is exactly the case. Highly recommend as the best hotel on the spit. I liked it very much, I want more))
