Probably one of the best places to stay overnight. Friendly host, for whom the customer comes first !! Cozy courtyard close to the sea (estuary). Comfortable house with everything you need, the room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, flat TV, hot shower and toilet, wardrobe. So the rooms are small but no discomfort. Fresh bedding, clean personal towels. The apartments are tidy, fresh and well renovated. The kitchen has modern appliances, hot water detergents and sponges (trifles, but nice) everyone has a new wonderful dishes. Separate kitchen, two summer terraces, barbecues and good prices. And there is something to compare even in Ochakovo. as one well-known blogger says my recommendation *

I recommend! Modern housing in Ochakovo near the sea! Room with modern renovations and furniture. The room has air conditioning, TV, small refrigerator, WI-FI. The bathroom in the room is equipped with towels and toilet soap. There is a large, comfortable shared kitchen, which has its own cupboard with utensils. Large area with gazebos and swings, trampoline for children. The territory is well-groomed, the owner is friendly!

We have a rest in this establishment for the first time, taken away booked room, the owner sent video of our number, made a small subscription. We arrived from the bus station by taxi for 50 hryvnias. We were met by the owner - he showed us the room, kitchen and territory. Everything is as in the description and in the photo. The room has everything you need - sofa bed, bed, separate bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, closets all new. The facility has been operating recently - renovated premises, many areas for privacy. The hosts are hello and unobtrusive. To the sea 700 meters, on the way there are shops, cafes, access to the central beach. I recommend the Melentyevs' Dacha very well!

Arrived late at night without prior reservation (4 people). Since we had not booked in advance, we were offered 1 room for 4 persons. This was the best option that we saw in Ochakov. The rooms are brand new, the room has a bathroom, there is a small refrigerator. Bed linen and towels are clean. The owner is a very nice young man. Thank you for helping us out with housing and for the rest!
