Nice place to relax with family

Many thanks to Irochka for offering me to stay in this wonderful place 4 years ago. And since then, we are happy to come every season to visit Guest House Shafran . Every year Alexey and Irochka delight all guests with something new. This year we were perfectly surprised by the novelty - three meals a day in a new cozy dining room. Everything is perfectly clean: dishes, room, etc. (which is important).
Food. The morning started with a fragrant cup of coffee. The food is just excellent, I would say restaurant. Many thanks to Ira for this, she is a great hostess. Special thanks to Alexey for the delicious mussels, shish kebab and grilled vegetables (we were lucky and we shared the party for the rewarding of a regular guest). Well, everything is very tasty and huge portions.
Territory. Spacious green territory of the guest house, a play area for children, a recreation area near the room, a barbecue area, cleanliness, beauty and order.
Rooms. Cozy rooms with modern renovation. The room has everything you need, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
Sea. Incredibly beautiful sea view, spacious clean quiet beach.

Only a couple of things are disturbing: 1) 12 days of a wonderful vacation flies by very quickly and 2) in the spring there are almost no free places for booking for the summer. Therefore, we recommend everyone to book rooms early;).
We highly recommend Guest House Shafran!!! This is the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation! This is the place where you want to come again and again!!! And I really don't want to leave

Vacationing in 2020. The hosts are nice, friendly people, yes. The territory is very good, but there are clearly few places for drying towels on the street with almost full filling of people. And yes, towels can get stained. In the family room, the soundproofing is really lame, the dog runs around, you can hear everything, but the principle didn’t bother us very much. There are 3 meals a day, you don’t have to bother with this +. They cook deliciously, but the food itself is poor, the portions are small, corn was saved by the sea, since they carry it there. The sea is excellent, there are few people, not far to go, but along the slopes, so be aware. In general, the impressions are good, the disadvantages are described only in order to, in my opinion, give the opportunity to eliminate and improve them.

Zero soundproofing in the room. The owners lived above us, and every step was heard, and voices and a running dog from 5 in the morning. We informed the hostess about this and decided to think until the morning, spend the night, as we were on the road for 14 hours with a small child. We had a prepaid day, we arrived at 18.00 .. But we were asked to leave quickly, on the same evening! Where? Then they offered a room with neighbors, but we needed a kitchen in the room to cook for the child, because dry breakfast and sandwiches are not suitable for a child. This guesthouse has only one room with a kitchen - a family room, those are ours. The neighbors only have a microwave, and cooking in the common kitchen is not suitable for us. At the request of the owners, instead of resting, we were looking for housing so that Irina urgently opened a reservation. As a result, we were called scammers, and asked to leave earlier than the specified time, at 10 am. Irina was not shy about openly insulting us.
Also, what you will not see in the photo:
- Not comfortable mattresses, springs can be touched by hand.
- Gray unwashed towels.
- Mold on the curtain in the bathroom and on the tiles.
- The dishes in the room with the kitchen were dirty. It smelled strongly of fish, I asked for vinegar or lemon, something to wash and cook breakfast. In response, they simply sent me to the common kitchen, look for everything there. Perhaps in a room with a kitchen and utensils, you will have to wash it yourself after previous vacationers.
- If you don’t like something and you voice it to the hostess Irina, expect to be asked to pack your things and be rude.

Were 2 years in a row, for a child's holiday is excellent. Everything is quiet, calm and safe. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is a TV. The beach, which is the most important for me, is clean. The attitude of the owners very much. There is a kitchen: as a place to cook, you can also order separately (the hotel has a good menu). The territory is closed, there is a parking space! For those who love noise and parties you are not here, there is a more family vacation (as for me), where you can relax from the hustle and bustle.
