If families with children will live above your room, be prepared to live on a children's regime. We spent a week as a family in the 5th room with a terrace. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the sea. There are always ships at anchor on the horizon waiting in line for the port. Saw a thunderstorm 100 km from the coast - bright orange lightning illuminates the sky showing black silhouettes of ships. The hotel is very cozy. There are only 7 rooms.
