We booked a room with air conditioning, in fact there was a fan. When we contacted the administration, we received an answer that there were no available rooms with air conditioning. The rooms were small, the bed creaked, two TV channels worked. The room was never cleaned in 5 days. Parking is paid, the area is small. Of the pluses, the only thing is a newly renovated kitchen, dishes and a coffee maker...

An excellent recreation center, there are deluxe rooms on the ground floor, and there are many rooms in a separate three-story log building. The room where we were had all the amenities. 5 minutes to the sea, not on the front page, of course, but away from clubbers who thump music on the head until the morning, it’s quiet in general. Great place for a family holiday. Quiet, very green, clean everywhere. We rested after August 24, the cafe was no longer working, but the room had everything you need for cooking. To the beach 3 minutes. The room is not hot, at 32 degrees outside. Used the air conditioner once. Never regretted the choice.

We had a room of two rooms, where there were 4 beds, TV, air conditioning, shower-toilet, everywhere is clean, everything is at the highest level. We rented a room - 180 UAH. per person per day, very affordable price...
