SCHEMATIC! When booking a room by phone, 2 rooms were agreed upon at a price of 800 UAH per night, when asked if a prepayment was required, it was stated that this hotel does not take a prepayment. On the day of arrival, when we were already on the road, another hotel employee called and said that our rooms were not available and there were rooms with better quality for 1200 UAH. When asked how this happened, we heard in response - will you take it or not? That is, no apologies, no attempts to resolve the situation, 0 interest. It is clear that it is unrealistic to find accommodation for the same price every day, so we agreed. When we arrived, we saw that it looked like a scheme, because at the reception when other residents checked in, the dialogues were the same, your rooms are not available - there are more expensive ones) payment only in CASH, there is no terminal, no checks.
The rooms on the 3rd floor are terrible: the shower smells like sewage and the smell spreads throughout the room, when you check into the room the sink and toilet were not washed, the furniture and renovation are old, the sockets are falling out of the walls.
The only thing that usually attracts is the location and the price. But if the owners want to give these rooms for more money, then please immediately set a different price, then people will know what they are agreeing to!

Stayed with my family in this guesthouse on New Year's Eve.
Of the pluses is the location, everything else is a minus.
The interior of the hotel is interesting, but everything is dusty and unkempt. For the amount that was given in two nights, it would have been possible to wipe the dust :)
The light bulb in the room burned out in an hour, the sound insulation was terrible, in the next room they smoked, which the administration absolutely did not pay attention to, from the bathroom accessories that were indicated on the website in each room, there was only liquid soap, it smelled very damp.

This review is written in the hope that the administration will pay attention to such shortcomings and make the stay of its guests as comfortable as possible.
