Some rooms don't have windows, so the room cannot be naturally ventilated and it is too hot in there.
When i booked the room at the reception, they were not telling me about the window. I do not speak Russian or Ukrainean and the receptionists do not speak english. So it was very hard to explain my problem. The receptionist told me to change the room and pay extra money (an absurd amount of money). I had to argue with her and her manager to obtain the remote control for air conditioner because you get air conditioner only in summer.
As a conclusion, i really do not recommend this hotel especially if you are a foreigner because they are trying to fool you.

Warning!!!!Attention visitors
Swim pool area very slippery ..
Lifeguard don't care about people, all time still stay on the phone with headphones in..
Swimm pool restaurant services don't care about customers ..no ring to call someone for order,but if you already place it, the waiting time much longer than expected..
Dear Administrators or Manager Michael please pay attention to made a special NON SLIDE walk on all Swim AREA
