I can only say amazing things about the staff and service at this place. It's located in a quiet street but super close to all the party and restaurant areas. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of internet connectivity that could have been stronger as I actually needed it for the days I was working and/or calling back home. We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00. Nevertheless, a very nice man came out and brought into the hotel and found our reservations and placed us in a room. Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach.. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive.. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive.. a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me.. The staff is good, kind and helpful.. Usage of pool area and its services ended fairly soon in the evening..

Good place, but. A bit crowded. There was a wedding when we arrived. The pool was not open cause to wedding. Also they moved me on the beach as I was in the way of the view of the wedding. When I should go back to the hotel, I had to go out and around everything, no excuse given. Clean hotel! Good location, close to the beach. Free parking outside the hotel walls, cheap, payed (≈25UAH/day) and guarded parking 5 minutes up the street from the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Can recomend and would visit again!

Fantastic place! We stayed at the beachfront and everything was perfect: amazing sunrise view from our bed, contemporary design (everything is brand new and super clean!) and generous breakfast (more like brunch/lunch size). Owners are very welcoming and open to any suggestions so we highly recommend!

Nice place. The hotel has 3 floors. We lived on the 2nd. Noise isolation is sufficient (neighbors can not be heard). The hostess is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and everything works. Wow! Everything was so great: breakfast, room, location, etc.! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits.
