Vacationing with my family in August 2020. Good location, well-groomed area, large and clean pool, friendly staff, always ready to help.
A great place to stay, complete relaxation!
Simple hearty breakfasts. Lunch or dinner was ordered in a restaurant, the Chef is a real master of his craft.
We will definitely come again.

Didn't like (or we didn't fully understand):
1. The concept is not defined - whether you have 2 bottles of water, tea, sugar and "soap-bubble" only when you check in for 10 days, or change every 3 days with a change of linen.
2. Please remove the bottom shelf in the bathroom under the mirror - this is a mockery.
3. The Internet is very unstable.
4. Please wash the tiles around the dining room and cafe - there are a lot of traces from previous customers.
Liked:
1. Territory (swimming pools, playground, gazebos with barbecue, terrace, etc.)
2. Vadim and his team (Vitaly, Ivan, Vlada, Lera and the rest of the guys and girls) - plus Yuri (great cooks) - just respect and respect)
3. A friendly atmosphere begins with the arrival thanks to the managers Natalia and Katerina. Security does not spoil the "weather".
4. Breakfasts (there were reviews - that something is missing) - very decent (for expensive - in Rixos).
5. Feeling of relaxation and safety.

We rested twice in romance this summer: at the end of June and at the end of August.
The base is cool, the sea was full of jellyfish in August, so we didn't go to the sea, but you can also have a great time in the territory of romance. Breakfast food is good, the restaurant is delicious. The entrance to the territory is controlled by a security guard, it is unrealistic for outsiders to pass. The room was cleaned daily, the maid came up in the morning and asked when it was convenient to clean up.
One moment - animation. At the end of June, the animation was gorgeous, now out of 3 days the animator was 1 day, but very weak, it is not comparable with Dima. Dmitry was very cool entertaining both adults and children, creating a holiday atmosphere, and now I had to entertain myself and the child on my own. For a 4-bed room they paid 10800 with breakfast (3 days, holiday rate), so the moment of the lack of animation was certainly upsetting. We had a closer option (near Kiev), but for the sake of cool animation we decided to go to romance. In general, the rest in June is 1300 UAH / double room 5/5, in August the price is higher and the experience is worse. We are planning to come next year, but we will preliminarily clarify the moment with the animation.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful observation deck on the sea and estuary. The pool is clean. The cuisine in the restaurant is very tasty, the presentation is beautiful. Breakfast buffet for 5k. The waiters all work fine, nice. Especially the girl Vlada and the guy, most likely the senior manager of the hall. Always friendly staff. The rooms are new and comfortable. Cleaned regularly. The animator is a fellow doing yoga, water aerobics, as well as a mini disco with children, always friendly and smiling. Let's come back again. The value for money is above all praise!
