Mini-Dacha Mini-hotel

We stayed 4 nights in August. Nice home hotel.
Pros: First of all, I want to note that everywhere is very clean. Own boiler in the room and air conditioning. The room also has: good towels of different sizes, toilet paper, soap. There is a salt water swimming pool on site - very well maintained. I would also like to mention a very comfortable parking lot, for those who want to cook their own food there is a fully equipped kitchen with any devices, as well as barbecues and a grill. In our room category there was a spacious terrace with furniture, several cafes are relatively close. Also on the territory is unusually quiet and awesome air thanks to the old coniferous trees. There are also locations for children - trampoline, swings.
Cons: far from the beach, in the room tired plumbing in the shower. The doors of the room to the corridor are made of frosted glass (the light from the neighbors interferes at night - they hung a sheet on the door).

MiniDacha - Maximum Comfort) Excellent hotel, I recommend! A beautiful area with shady trees and roses, a clean pool, newly renovated buildings, comfortable rooms, the staff is very polite and pleasant, everything is clean, cleaned, the room has everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, table with chairs on the balcony), We were given clean towels at the entrance. It can be seen that the owners put their soul into this hotel, the territory is cleaned every day, a huge guarded parking lot, the sea is not far away, pleasant guests. We stayed for a week in September, I want to come back!

We rested for 10 days from 07/17/21 everything is super. All photos are true. The hostess is friendly and responsive. Super location, close by
rooms: new furniture, mattresses, everywhere clean and comfortable. We were 100% satisfied with the rest.

Nice place with well-groomed area and pool. Upon arrival, ask for towels, you will be given. Room with air conditioning, we had accommodation for 4 (bunk bed + large bed).
There is a clean shared kitchen, a shop and a market nearby, also near a cafe with good food.
There are barbecues, you can at least fry kebabs and fish every day;)
The owners take care of their dacha, stop the noise and clutter.
A place for a quiet holiday.
To the sea 5 minutes. on foot.

All was good. The area is beautiful, the air is clean.
Very convenient location (for those who arrive by bus, it is very close from the station).
For a normal stay, everything is there: hot water, a refrigerator in the room, air conditioning, a shared kitchen with inventory, a huge parking lot and a barbecue area, a children's area.
All you need to bring is a hair dryer and towels.
In general, they are satisfied, the only thing that saddens is that they arrived only for 5 days (
Take at least 7!)
