Usadba Uyut Mini-hotel

Well done, run by a married couple, very comfortable and clean, well-groomed area, friendly staff, children have a place to walk on the territory. Pedestrian street, which exits the hotel, the best location in Kurortny. There is a swimming pool, places for barbecue are well equipped! Closed car parking. Keep it up! We get only positive emotions from the rest.

Small points:
1. One bed (for children) was not made. We found out about this late in the evening, already before going to bed. Fortunately, we found a security guard and he helped solve the issue with bedding
2. The door of the room from the inside so for all the time and could not be closed. She probably only listens to you 😀
3. After the rains, it is very scary to enter the parking lot in a passenger car, you can skid.

Convenient location, near the market, supermarkets, bus station. There are enough rooms, but guests do not have the impression that there are many of them, as the area is landscaped, has gazebos, swings, a game area, table tennis, billiards, a large pool, which is cleaned every morning.
Noteworthy is the large terrace (under cover) with tables and benches, barbecue area. Attentive staff (Mrs. Olya, security guard, cleaner), as well as the owner Victoria.
To the beach you should go to the local post office, go down the stairs and walk a little on the beach to the right: you will get the impression that you are on a private beach.
Of the food sold on the beach, unique are "bagels 3 in 1: apples, cherries, peaches." Although, these are real strudels. Two young men are selling: a boy and a girl in red T-shirts. On the beach near the stairs (opposite the post office) there is a beach volleyball net, the ball in the tent with drinks is given free of charge.
Opposite the estate is a cafe "Terrace" with tables above the slope and a beautiful view of the sea. Live music on saxophone, delicious risotto, rapana in cream sauce.

We rested in the estate from 28.08 to 02.09. Just got to write a review. Previously, I did not write them at all.
The hotel administration is wonderful people, they met us, put us in, helped with any questions. Everything is thought out in the estate, an area for children, a swimming pool (cleaned regularly), a well-groomed area (there is always a shade and coolness, during hot weather), barbecues and ovens for cooking on the street .... in general, very cool. Close to the beach. We were with a small child, there are no problems to get there.
The estate also has a wonderful location. Nearby sell everything you need.
Rooms are clean, renovated, spacious. The room has everything you need. The kitchen utensils are good, there is everything you need for cooking.
We will definitely come back next year. You are the best that we have seen in Ukraine. Thank you that everything is thought out and you can really relax.
