Hogwarts Hostel

The idea is great, a Hogwarts stylised hostel with books everywhere, Harry Potter films played on big screens in the lobby and they even have their very own Mrs Norris, a very friendly (!) tabby cat. If you're allergic you might want to rethink your stay, though.

The realisation suffers, however, from poor maintenance. We took two rooms in there (Slytherin and Ravenclaw) and both had some issues. The sink in Slytherin's bathroom was clogged and the Ravenclaw shower reeked, probably of mold. When reported, both issues were quickly resolved, but clients shouldn't have to report this, it should never come to that. And on top of that, both rooms were very dusty in all the "hard to get to" places, like under the tables.

Basically, hire a new cleaning crew and it's easy a five star place.

Staff is very helpful, great host, very clean washrooms and rooms.

Everything is nearly satisfying but there is a huge bug problem. We couldnt use the kitchen. Only bad things are bugs

Never stayed at a hostel before and this was great and fun experience. Really nice people.

Very nice hostel. Cosy room with bathroom, frigde, big TV and air-conditioning. Crew speak english a bit poor but you can communicate with them. Unfortunately a flor was a bit dirty.
