Not the cheapest place to eat but the service, location and atmosphere are great. You get to eat outside in Opera's garden if you wish. I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. The place is in perfect location, in the very center. But inside it looks specific. The staff is very local style and the attitude really depends on whos shift will be on the reception. At least the staff may sleeps right on the sofa in the lobby.

Annabelle is a nice hotel with perfect receptionist and good hearted worker named Tanya, they helped me a lot. They even come with me to train station and helped me to buy a train ticket which I couldn't buy my own(alphabet issues)
