BnB Hotels in Odessa

Key Location for the most fun and delightful of the city

Perfect Everything was 5 stars . The room is great very large with very nice bed housekeeping was very efficient. The restaurant was very good. Sauna and indoor pool are very nice. The staff are all very professional . Especially Nadiia who works at the reception. She is always working and very nice and helpful.

Extremely pleasant hotel!!! We felt like in a family, in the times of war this hotel is functioning phenomenally well, people are friendly and breakfast is all you need! Bomb shelter is there and you can hide in underground swimming pool area. Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! Pls they organised flowers and cake for my 40th birthday by my husband’s request and we happily celebrated it...

super friendly staff ❤️ Clean, stylish rooms, perfectly located place. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

I can only say amazing things about the staff and service at this place. It's located in a quiet street but super close to all the party and restaurant areas. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of internet connectivity that could have been stronger as I actually needed it for the days I was working and/or calling back home. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would be back again...

A good hotel in the heart of the city, with rooms with 4-meter ceilings. It's 20 meters from the opera house, located on a quiet side street. The reception staff is excellent. The food is delicious, and the restaurant has an open kitchen, so you can watch your meal being prepared. The rooms are well-maintained, with good soundproofing and a decent selection of toiletries. The two-room suite has...

Excellent staff and very nice hotel.

Good for overnight stays when travelling Good place to stay overnight whilst travelling, sensibly priced and comfortable rooms and staff helpful

Let's start with the good stuff. The cleanliness in the hotel is excellent. Also the wi fi is excellent. The staff is kind. The hotel is nice and the price is reasonable. What bothered me, the walls are very thin. You can hear every little noise from the neighboring rooms. The beds are shaky. The lobby and bar are completely closed. There is no place to sit, only in the restaurant on the roof...

Clean rooms, but hard beds and noise

Very nice and friendly place to stay. Comfortable room, tasty and beautiful breakfast, cosy evening armosphere, fantastic bar with the view on the 6th floor. And above all - very friendly and hrlpful staff. You do not only book a room here, you become a part of this family and of Odesa. Want to come back and only to this hotel.

Great hotel by the sea!! Amazing location. Food is very tasty and delicious, especially fish! Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and smiley! Recommend it 100%!!

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. Staff are fabulous and very helpful. My girlfriend and I received a free upgrade to the Oriental style room on arrival, which was extremely well furnished and ornate. Bathroom was spotless and large. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, with plenty of freshly made options to order. We loved our stay here and will be back again!

Nice Hotel and good stuff. And the breakfast was good comparing to the number of guests. I have only noticed two things which i think the Hotel should improve considering they are 5 stars. There was no electric water boiler in the room and i needed one since i was with my 1 year old son and we have to make milk for him, specially during the night, however the stuff were helpful and they asked me...

Simply and amazing place to stay. Extremely helpful staff, beautiful rooms. Super nice view of the black sea. Restaurant serves delicious food. What else could one ask for?

I never thought such service exists in Ukraine. And yet it does indeed. I spent a week there and would gladly repeat next time I'm to Odessa. If you are not on tight budget and love Italian villa very close to the centre of Odessa and the sea think no more. This is the great place to stop by. You will enjoy all of it.

Beautiful hotel, I love the manicured yard and a view of the sea is incomparable.

We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00. Nevertheless, a very nice man came out and brought into the hotel and found our reservations and placed us in a room. He said breakfast begins at 8:00 and we could eat and then stop by the front desk to work everything out. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, the...

Great hotel in the center of Odessa. Kind and welcoming staff. Highly recommended

I stayed at the hotel in 2018 and 2019 ... and was regretfully too busy to write a review. It's a perfect, and gorgeous hotel - and was a wonderful spot in which to stay whilst supporting Ukrainian software company Readdle. Thank you again and I look foward to returning again soon.

Situated very central, close to everything , yet on quiet street . Enough parking space, which is quite rare in Odesa city center. Spotless clean. Comfortable mattress. Our room situated on a fourth ‘ Spanish’ floor. Also there are Italian and French floors. All are decorated accordingly. It’s really awesome! Completely renovated historical building, with modern amenities. Our standard double was...

Perfect place. Comfortable. Very friendly administration and owners.

Fully equiped rooms, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very nice and professional staff. Delicious restaurant downstairs, with good breakfasts and dinners. Right in the city center, close to all most important places. I can reccomend this hotel for staying in Odessa.

Excellent place at the very seaside. Nice meeting hall; big rooms, majority with sea view. The food is good, but menu lacks choice. Very hospitable personnel.

Everything was really wonderful. I want to thank all the staff who did everything to make us happy. Special thanks to Olga, Hanna, Sveta, Vladlen, Oksana, Kate and Veronika!!!

Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach.. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive.. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive.. a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me.. The staff is good, kind and helpful.. Usage of pool area and its services ended fairly soon in the evening..

Good place, but. A bit crowded. There was a wedding when we arrived. The pool was not open cause to wedding. Also they moved me on the beach as I was in the way of the view of the wedding. When I should go back to the hotel, I had to go out and around everything, no excuse given. The hotel should tell us ( guests ) about the wedding and give us something that would compensate us for our trubbels. Good...

The cafe is very cunning and hamovitye staff. Only think how to cheat and drive rather. In the kitchen the salads I didn't like, but the meat cool. Shore adds a star. Administrator Olga inadequate.

Good location, near the sea. No entrance by car, the rate is higher in actual time. Our room was with a small bath for five people, not enough. Great place, with a bathhouse right in the sea?

I am staying at this place every time I am coming to Odesa. What do you want for best rest? Seaside, calm, chill, nice stuff. The rooms a cozy and clean, the price is worth it. If you don’t want to pay huge sums for overrated places on the seaside, Dacha is the best option

Perfect location, intellegeant and pleasant personnel.

Very nice place at the beach and also includ coffee and water in it. There breakfast area is at Port Royale,50 meters from the hotell with a nice view over the water

Fantastic place! We stayed at the beachfront and everything was perfect: amazing sunrise view from our bed, contemporary design (everything is brand new and super clean!) and generous breakfast (more like brunch/lunch size). Owners are very welcoming and open to any suggestions so we highly recommend!

Tasty food, the best service in Odessa, comfortable.

4 star amenities at 3 star price. My second stay

Wow! Everything was so great: breakfast, room, location, etc.! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits. Nevertheless, the staff was so friendly and helpful that we didn't pay attention to that inconvenience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists. 10 out...

Alright, I spend a fair share of my time in hotels, so for a 3-star hotel these guys did well. Unlike other hotels, they actually know if I have already paid or not and they don't have to ask me that every day of my stay, unlike the other hotels I've stayed at. They actually stand up at the reception when you walk past them, when you ask for a glass, they ask whether you are going to drink wine or...

Good and friendly stuff, clean place near to beach and Arcadia city my favorite place to stay in Odessa

Hotel is located in the 20th floor having a good ambience facing the beach

Nice Hospitality, 20th floor scenery is astounding. 4/5 .

Wonderful hotel. Cleanliness, helpful staff. Nice furniture, comfortable bed . Great Breakfast. Recommend.

Nice fresh hotel! Stunning views of the sea! Everything for a quality vacation!

Self check in... hidden out of the way...(almost in back of McDonald's). Different...but restful

Exceptional and excellent! The staff were absolutely very friendly, very helpful and distinguished, professional people. I didn't live any problem during my stay. They staff professional and friendly helped to me for everything. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, warm, quiet and beautifully designed. Wifi and TV works perfectly. The hotel is very near to everywhere. I saw many nice...

clean rooms!in 15 min you are mostly everywhere.

Perfect place to stay when in Odessa. Comfortable rooms, coffee machine and everything you need (small kitchen with dining area). Perfect for couples but also perfect for families with children. WiFi connection at the best level. Nearby is a supermarket, MCDONALD'S, small market (fruit& vegetables).

Everything is clean, might be a good location.near Silpo magdonals,Kampot Detsky entertainment center pharmacies in the yard tennis court,Mangal, Beseda, machine cars with nacitam

For boutique apartments is a great place! Interior, insulation, location - all great. Huge minus and only three stars for the Manager, who from 22:00 went to sleep on the couch in front of the reception Desk, in my pajamas, lay there on a bed sheet. Look at least - not aesthetically pleasing, as the maximum horrible. I understand that the daily change is a nightmare, so she worked. But if you really...

excellent room with comfortable bed. hotel staff is really great, they unlocked my safe box within minutes of contacting them. breakfast was great too.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby...but to rate it 5 stars (as it rates itself) is going way overboard! (My room (709) needed bathroom ceiling repairs, for example.) The Mgr claims she has a hard time finding English-speaking staff due to the wartime exodus of Ukrainians. This made communicstion with the staff challenging. Inna, the restaurant hostess, was very pleasant and helpful. The bomb shelter...

I had a lovely time here for five days. Great breakfast. Great foyer. Great balcony from which to have drinks Great staff.

I spent a week here and it was great. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was pretty good and the bed super comfortable. If I were to complain, it would be that the balcony is not a real balcony. However, at the price point that I paid, I cannot complain. I would recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable hotel in the centre of Odesa - very convenient to everything. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely presented. Overall, I would strongly recommend the Hotel California.

excellent service as always, late check-in, the restaurant was supposed to close, but we were allowed to order food in advance, and upon arrival the food was ready. The staff speaks English, it is clean and comfortable as always. my favorite hotel because of the cozy atmosphere :) Yulia Ukraine🇺🇦, Richard England 🇬🇧. Ukraine will win 💙💛

Perfect location! Warm athmosphere. The Very Good Man on Desk -Vyctor!!

The welcome at check in was not one of  the best My friend and I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the receptionist miss Ecaterina  a little asleep did not treat us very well. She turned out to be very lazy and not attached to her work She didn't even give a smile to us Hand down to her👎 VICEVERSA  the day shift receptionist miss Elena very kind and welcoming person and always with a smile...

Everything good lf you want have fun and relax here for you

This hotel is perfectly located in the Arcadia district, the rooms are spacious and totally silent. the. Price is very affordable I recommend it

I had excellent nights sleep each and every night. Staff especially the manageress on reception were extremely friendly. Great breakfast buffet too. The waiter at breakfast, lunch and dinner never stopped working...a very efficient guy. Very good food menu generally. Overall excellent staff which always leave an excellent impression.

Good service clean rooms, tasty breakfast.

All my stars go to: the pool and the surveilling staff there at first, spacious room and bath room 2ndly, and good food in the restaurant 3rdly. Lacking 2 stars because: no anti-Covid measures, particularly in the most exposed/crowded areas: restaurant, elevator.

Lovely hotel, nice views, nice food, nice beach. Try to go early in the morning to get a chair or they will run out quickly.

Nice place to stay in first sea line. Big, comfortable rooms. Recommend to choose room with a sea view and balcony.

Nice hotel. Cosy rooms with sea views. Negative constant party in the restaurant.

Chic and stylish hotel on the seafront. There are flaws, but who is! No gym, Breakfast is not included. Bad reception of the mobile network inside the hotel.

My husband and I decided to spend a romantic evening! The first thing we felt going into the room cold +15°C, it was before NG..., air conditioning was set +35°C, but an hour later, the temperature has increased. Called tech support, brought a space heater and told us that the air conditioner off! Following that we rastroilo the room had toothbrush and toothpaste! No kettle, cups and sachets of sugar...

Superb experience .....near the beach...Staff is exceptional....knows English....And very helpful...Thank You

Been there 3 times in the last few years, Sea views are fantastic. But only problem same one as l always have with them. I book a kitchen and get a microwave 3 times now .

We'll set out comfortable and modern, would be 5 stars if the water supply was 24/7

Very good place too stay, near tge sea, restaurants and main Arkadia street

Nice tiny apartment hotel. It is a chic place with comfortable beds.

Very nice 3 star hotel, staff are very nice and helpful, maybe can add few more facilities e.g free beach towels or umbrellas (you dont really need to charge for small stuff), or make a long stay packages maybe but to pay daily for towels, umbrellas, sun-beds, parking etc. is too much. You must rent their parking , as there is no other spot within 2km to park the car! which we only realised when we...

Awesome place if you want to get away with your honey or spend some time with family without noise of the city! ❤️ Love it! Views are incredible and magical! ❤️

The hotel is good, the rooms are not spacious, but relatively clean. A lot of sand in the bathroom, sand is everywhere, as well the air is dusty due the nearby cargo port. Great sea view, even from the restaurant's terrace, the night view is great also, especially when a large, lighted ship passes on the lighthouse. Restaurant - avoid to eat here! Michelin will never give at least half of star!

Clean and quiet hotel we loved it so much . With a clean sandy beach and they have a very tasty food at their restaurant. We had a perfect direct view of the sea from our room .

Closest store is 45 min walk. Great location and view. Free ocean view bathtub 🛁. Sauna 🧖‍♂️ wasn’t working when I visited. I suggest grab a uber and go eat outside. Kitchen orders takes forever. ( literary)

Very cozy place. Good service and prices. However some renovation is required

Clean apartment rooms, good security. However, the location is amazing, just 10 mins walk from Arcadia.

Everything suits, quiet, calm, all the conditions for a stay. The street is full of shops, and the city recreation garden is nearby.

Absolutely unbeatable quality/price ratio. The best possible location in the city center, yet very quiet and cozy. My apartment included very spacious and fully equipped room and kitchen. The internet was fast and reliable (ask Sasha to reset the router in the rare case of the internet failure). The apt is not fancy, but very clean and functional. The location is the best in the city.

Kitchen with everything you need, large bed, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, exit to the balcony. Very good place

Clean hotel! Good location, close to the beach. Free parking outside the hotel walls, cheap, payed (≈25UAH/day) and guarded parking 5 minutes up the street from the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Can recomend and would visit again!

Classy Place with Good staff's

Very good hotel, everything as in photos. The staff is very helpful. Little far from city centre but you always can use uber.

Pretty nice place but a little bit far from the city center.

We rested on New Year's Eve 2022, Everything is super! Clean, stylish. There are rooms on Deribasovskaya street. There is a technical room with dishes, a microwave, an iron! Thanks to the administrator Tatyana! I tried many hotels, now we will only stay in Donalde!

Beautiful tiny hotel in city center

Great hotel!! Great staff! Everything is clean, tidy and top notch! The location is just awesome! City center - theater, Potemkin stairs, funicular, everything is nearby!! In the evening a great variety of restaurants and cafes! BUT despite this location, the room is quiet and peaceful!

Excellent and very reasonably priced right in the center of downtown

Good apartments to stay on a few days

I loved the interior there, and location is amazing

I stayed at Apart Hotel Michelle twice during summer 2019. First stay was good, during the second one I had customer service issues. + Stylish design. Cosy accents in the room. Hotel location in the downtown. - Last-minute cancellation of pre-booked early check-in, which interfered with my business trip plans. Unprofessional (passive-aggressive) tone of communication. On the whole, I would describe...

Great location, amenities and friendly staff. Prices are decent and the heart of Odessa (Deribasavskaya) is 5 minutes away by foot.

I stayed on a business trip in an apartment on the second floor. Wonderful furnishings, clean and bright accommodation. I really liked the loyalty to pets. Special thanks for this. Met late in the evening, escorted, settled in. I recommend

Excellent apartments, everything you need, including your own washing machine—something you won't find in hotels. Everything is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities. Giant sofa😍 View of Arcadia Direct access to Ithaca. I had a late check-in and check-out, and they were very understanding. Thank you. 🫶🏻 I recommend it.

We had an unforgettable vacation here—the experience exceeded our expectations! The apartments are very stylish, with a well-thought-out layout and a cozy atmosphere. Everything was done with love, with vibrant accents and comfort at the same time.🫶

Convenient location, within walking distance of Arcadia center and the sea, with a sea view from the terrace. Beautiful and clean grounds—quiet and cozy. The rooms are warm and clean, and we checked in quickly. Parking is on site, and there's also a shop on site. I really liked it.

My stay at this hotel left the warmest and most memorable impressions. The room was simply magnificent—clean, cozy, with a thoughtful interior and everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the most important thing was the magnificent sea view, which opened right from the window. The service was top-notch: the staff was attentive and responsive, everything was done quickly and kindly. This room...
