- For more than 20 rooms, one and a half barbecues (one large and 1 small)
- the owners sit and look like overseers, very uncomfortable
- for 10 days of rest the room was cleaned 1 time
- expensive food 170 UAH, considering that it may not contain meat (lunch was vermicelli soup and dumplings with potatoes)
- there are a number of restrictions on electr. devices, but they are not for everyone and all issues are resolved for a fee
- the table and chairs for our room did not wait
- swimming pool is very clean
- the staff is friendly and helpful

We came out of season, but we had a lot of fun. Wonderful and attentive owners, delicious cuisine, any questions are solved quickly) Beautiful territory with a swimming pool. The sea is 200 meters away, a quiet place at the end of the village for a relaxing holiday.

An excellent base for a family holiday. Friendly staff. Delicious cuisine. Beautiful landscaped area. Comfortable rooms. One minus is the periodic power outage, but it seems to be a problem for the whole village.

Stayed last year. I liked it very much. The room is very comfortable. Good furniture. Beach, coastline - endless. Within walking distance. No matter how many people there are, it will not be crowded. And now there is a pool. We are not fans of such containers, but it looks beautiful. If all goes well, we'll be back soon.

The owner is pleasant and friendly. Not far from the sea. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator, a couple of glasses and plates, and a TV. Round-the-clock hot and cold water. Breakfast is delivered to the room, though an hour later than promised. Declared breakfasts are plain oatmeal and tea. You can catch the Internet only at night or early in the morning, when everyone is still asleep. The parking lot is very bad - it's just a dug-up piece of land with crushed stone and some construction materials, covered with a net, no level ground, no cover, no fence.
