guys, I love this place! 'cause it's beautiful, 5 minutes from the sea, nice staff, here's security guys and surveillance cameras, which makes me feel safe. really quiet, clean and cozy. highly recommended!

Vacationing with my sister and kids. Top notch villa. Despite the fact that we arrived already at the end of the season and the restaurant and bar were no longer working, the whole time of our stay there was a feeling that we were somewhere not in Ukraine. The owner and only employee Natasha did their best to make our stay comfortable. The room is modern, furniture, appliances, everything is new, well-groomed, perfectly cleaned (which is rare when traveling around Ukraine, unfortunately). Upon arrival, even before our request, they turned on the heating in the indoor pool, promptly cleaned the trampoline for children, even went to a meeting and, despite the closed bar, made coffee)

Stayed in August 2020. The territory is not very big but cozy and beautiful, the cuisine is delicious, the price of breakfast is scrambled eggs plus syrniki 3 pieces with coffee-205 UAH, steak 300 gr -250 UAH. Generally sane. The staff is friendly, the guys at the bar are great! BUT!!!👆The number upset, the mini standard for 1200 was declared (the usual full-fledged standard at that time cost 1450). In fact, the room is tiny: bed + refrigerator with the smell of sausage and a small cabinet. No closet, table, chair in general, even a hook to hang at least something ... The room is stupid for one and without things. The bed is comfortable. Conder. They were only able to remove it from us on the third day, because there were only one key for the type of room (while all other rooms had electronic and regular keys), no signs to disturb and generally signs that this room was intended for hotel guests. There would be no complaints if the price matched the quality. Rating four, with a stretch just because of the number. The beach is clean, the descent is steep, but it's not critical at all. To iron clothes, either you need to take an iron with you, or the maid will iron one thing for 50 UAH, there are no other options. Sanzheika herself is beautiful)

Thanks for an incredible vacation. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, there is everything you need. The bed is big and comfortable. All details are thought out. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, in the evening you can fry a barbecue and sit in the gazebo. Hearty breakfast. Everything is done for people, the staff is polite, always ready to help. Special thanks to the owner for hospitality, conversations, birthday gifts. We advise everyone to try SPA programs. We will definitely come again!
