The building is new, but can quickly become old, as it is poorly cleaned and there was a large layer of dust on all the shelves, switches. There was no toilet paper at all. There is no electric kettle in the room, TV without smart TV, hard sofa, stinks of cigarette smoke in the corridor.
In general, we recommend the apartments, we hope that everything will be fixed.

The hotel is decent. In principle, I liked everything. Design, availability of everything you need, location, parking. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilet and sink. It is better to screw the toilet to the floor, they can carry it away. Also, the dishes are a little poorly washed. Especially forks, knife, spoons. Dust on the head of the bed and in the closet. The sofa is very "Spartan", everything hurt! Everything else is fine. Yes, and of course, the night neighbors in the corridor were upset - conversations are very audible. But this is rather a minus of the neighbors - they are very loud.

The room is new and beautiful. That's all ... when we got into the room, we found out that the toilet seat was broken (how could it have been overlooked when washing the toilet, I don't know ... maybe they didn't wash it at all), crumbs on the bedside tables and the table (no, not dust, bread crumbs), spilled coffee on the table, dirty and dusty mesh in the air conditioner. But the cherry is the sounds in the room - the murmur of the refrigerator, dripping water in the toilet cistern and the rumbling (the hum is heard when the windows are closed and the curtains are drawn) the air conditioner of the next room. And also the absence of mosquito nets on the windows (therefore, either do not ventilate with the lights on or study the local fauna on the walls and ceiling).

The hotel is located near the sea (15 minutes). There is a restaurant. Nice room with panoramic windows and a table. The reception staff was pleasantly surprised: they were attentive to all requests. We sincerely wanted to help. We needed a late check-out, but in return they offered to leave things and a shower absolutely free ?!))
She took off the star only for minor details: The hotel is under construction, I would have changed the dishes, the socket would come out (dangerous). And I would have put "5". Thanks to!)
