The hotel lady answers all of your questions even before you ask them. She speaks English. The place is clean, quiet and spacey.

Very comfortable, clean. The room has it all. The location is convenient, to Deribasovskaya slowly 15-20 minutes. The owner didn’t check in the man at 14 00, but when they arrived at 6 30, he is very grateful for this. Recommend! Next time we will come only here.

Sucks. Linen is changed every 4 days. Wash fee. Boss Mason. There are no hotel workers, and in general this place is hard to call a hotel, it seems that you did not come to the hotel for your money, but to a distant relative, and something you should always do. I do not advise.

almost center, unobtrusive master. big telly, air conditioner, fridge. Of the minuses: the room was not cleaned, from the stated "household chemicals" only slippers and toilet paper.

Cozy hotel. Pure, comfortable. The bathroom is somewhat too small - that's an elbow, then you can snap something with your foot. But all this is offset by the presence of its own kitchen in the room, the convenient location of the hotel, affordable prices and a good owner.
