Great place at the very shore line of Dnister lyman and 80 meters to Black Sea.

Dispointing experience! Zero normal communication and understanding... The owner of the complex saw my family with wheelchaired daughter and wanted the money for the whole stay (8days) while we paid for 2 days before coming. The reason - between his complex and the Black sea there is a railway (what I as not local didn't know), it is not possible to go easy through it... unless you like triathlon. When we saw the railway we immediately understood why the owner wanted the money for the whole stay Before we would go to the beach...
The apartment is okay but not for the money he asked. And it was not so clean for our standard.

We had a good time here. Nice room, the beach is super close, and the staff are nice.

Average motel, not hotel, with soviet style service. Be ready for expensive clear water, very dirty rooms without windows and to twerp director. You do not receive cleaning of the room during week. This service doesn't exist here. You need to accept.
Only one great things are beautiful beaches in 7 minutes from hotel.
