A huge thank you to Nadezhda and Sasha for their hospitality! There's no other way to describe it. For them, this is more than just "renting a house." Upon arrival, we saw that this is more than just a business. They put their heart and soul into this business. It was very cozy and homey. We had no issues during our stay. The air conditioning and refrigerator were working properly, and the boiler, stove, and kettle were all warm. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the complex. There's ample parking. Each house has a very cozy gazebo, as well as a shared one. There's a barbecue area.
The sea is just a 4-5-minute stroll away. The beach is clean, the cliffs are beautiful. The entrance to the sea is sandy. (You can safely come with children; the water is about 20 meters knee-deep.)

Rested for a few days with a child! A place where you want to come back! Book places in advance!!! If you take a break from everything, but with amenities - you are here. On the territory, each family has its own cozy mini-yard with a gazebo! No one screams or interferes, no discos, only peace and tranquility! I rarely saw the owners, but any issue was resolved instantly. The kitchen has everything from glasses to Turks! Barbecue, firewood, parking and a common gazebo. It is very important that there is a descent to the sea directly opposite the site, since there is a cliff along the coast and there is nowhere to go down! 200 meters to go and a cliff) Note to the owners: there is still room to grow, do not stop there, I recommend planting more trees! Wonderful stay and great place!
Very attentive owners, everything is clean, new and close to the sea.
On the territory there are good rooms + gazebos, the common kitchen is clean, a lot of different dishes, there is a barbecue, they give firewood, grates and skewers!

We rested with the whole family with two children, at Nadia and Sasha in a private boarding house, in the summer of 2018.
The houses are nice, the rooms are comfortable, the shower and toilet are in the room, the water is constantly on,
cleaned upon request.
There is a kitchen where you can cook breakfast.
The territory is well-groomed, clean with lawns.
The owners are super, well done, good and responsive, they respond to all requests instantly.
Firewood was provided free of charge, which was very pleasing; in the evenings a barbecue was arranged))
The sea was clean in June, few people, which made us very happy)))
Shops are not so far, they drove to cafes by car for lunch, it was hot to go with the children during the day))
We will still come and recommend a boarding house to everyone, come)))

A wonderful place for a family holiday! For those who want to "hang out" is not suitable. Very comfortable and clean houses, equipped kitchen, barbecue, charming gazebos, everything is fine here! The hosts are wonderful people, thank you! We will definitely come again, and of course we will recommend it to everyone!
7 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to shops and a pharmacy.

I really liked the location itself, not far from the sea, calmly, unlike other villages (Zatoka, Gribovka), the sea and the beach are clean, everything is nearby a shop 5-7 minutes on foot (there is everything you need), in the mini hotel itself there is a kitchen cook it yourself, or you can go to the Panorama cafe about 1 km. prices are more or less affordable 90 UAH. a set lunch, they can cook seafood from the Black Sea (red mullet, mussels, shrimp, etc.), special thanks to the owners Alexander and Nadezhda, I advise you will not regret it.
