A triple room for my wife, grandson, and I. Everything is fine, as expected for this price. There are beds, bedding, and towels. There's a TV (I don't know why), Wi-Fi, a shower, and hot water. A small refrigerator for drinks (larger ones are in the shared kitchen for groceries). A wardrobe and two chairs. I haven't turned on the air conditioning yet. The pool is clean (my 6-year-old grandson is happy). Parking is in the courtyard. There are barbecue grills, and people are using them. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is polite and helpful!

We were on vacation with our family (2 adults and a child), booked a room through the booking service in advance, a day before check-in the owner called and asked to cancel the reservation in order to work directly, in exchange for which he promised to accommodate us for a small surcharge in a better room. As a result, we checked into a standard room, but for a higher fee.
There were no dishwashers, microwaves, kettles, slippers, bathrobes, detergents and most of what was indicated in the booking.
The shower in our room was running, and every bath turned into a flood and the refrigerator did not work. By the end of the vacation, these issues were not resolved.
The rooms are not very well cleaned, you can see old traces of mold, dust and cobwebs.
The TV in the next room did not work.
The hotel area looks a bit neglected. There is a playground with swings, a sandbox, slides and a large frame pool, in which the water was filtered every day.
Very tasty cuisine with a complex breakfast, lunch and dinner, large portions and at good prices!!!
The staff was always there to meet you.
It was a big plus that the owner helped to resolve an emergency situation in the middle of the night!!!
Also, a very positive moment was the transfer to the hotel from the stop on the Carolina-Bugaz!!!
The location of the hotel is good. On the way to the sandy beach there is a nice market with markets, shops and markets.
Even after checking out of the room, you are not kicked out of the hotel, you can leave your things and immediately go to the beach or relax. For example, if your train is at 9 pm, and check-out is at 10-12 am.
Overall, the impression of the vacation was quite positive! For your money (1.5 thousand UAH per day), if you fix some negative nuances, it's a good option for a quiet family vacation without loud dancing, company, and fun.

I fully support the negative reviews about both the hotel and the owner. I also called before arriving and said that the tax office had arrived and he wouldn't be able to accommodate us. But you come, I'll help you find a place for a couple of days, and then the tax office will leave and I'll take you to my place. As a result, we found a room for three days ourselves. At the booking office, I asked to cancel the reservation. He said that he wouldn't be able to accommodate us in that hotel, because the tax office is still there, but I'll give you a superior room, but a little more expensive, we agreed. Upon arrival at that base, we were in shock. The territory is terrible, it's a long way to the sea, along some kind of bridge. And the "superior" comfort room is musty, probably 10 squares, or even less, the refrigerator doesn't reach the knee in height. The food may be tasty, but very expensive. Breakfast 250 UAH lunch 350 UAH dinner 300 UAH per person. And there were three of us. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies. Neither the owner nor the terrible place. There are such wonderful reviews on Booking that we fell for it. And they didn't think to search for reviews on Google. I highly recommend everyone to look for places to stay not through Booking, because there are a lot of lies there.

I would never recommend this so-called "hotel" to anyone. The owner is a nasty greedy person. He promised us one room, but in fact, he put us in another, demanding an extra charge, arguing that we wouldn't fit there with two children, even though he knew about them. When I asked to show him what we had actually booked, he kept giving me the cold shoulder. And yes, after booking on Booking.com, he called back and asked me to cancel the reservation. Later, it turned out that he had promised the room he had put us in to other people, and then put them in the same place he wanted. He lied that the beach was 500 meters away. I argued with him, and he said, "I'm Afghan, I know." I measured it, and it was a little over a kilometer. The room was uncleaned, there was dust on the windowsill, and the floor was covered in sand. When I asked if the room had been cleaned, he said it had blown in from the open window. I asked for a mop and I never got a bucket to wash it myself. Regarding the shared kitchen, I said on the phone that I'd probably be the only one cooking; everyone ate in the dining room. In reality, it was the opposite: only a few ate in the dining room. We ordered a couple of times; it was tasteless and expensive. The grounds are run-down and shabby. They could at least paint that children's swing. We also booked Little Paradise, but it was actually the Golden Coast. Everyone we spoke to there was dissatisfied.

Lies at every step. It started with the fact that I booked a room through Booking in late autumn for July for 700 UAH. In the spring, a man from the hotel calls and says that he will not rent that building with cheap rooms. There is another building for 1200. That they also have their own well and generator. So there will be water and electricity in any case. And that booking for 700 so that I can cancel it on Booking. Well, okay. Although I booked in advance to save money. And on Booking, such rooms were available for booking and so on. Then 3 weeks before the trip I call to clarify if everything is OK. The price has already increased by 50 UAH. A week before the trip I call to clarify payment (cash only). And the price already turns out to be 1500. On the day of check-in, when we were already at the entrance to Odessa, a man calls and says that he cannot check us in because there is no water. That's it. I do not advise it in any case.

In the morning we slept for breakfast, but they left it to us, which happens very rarely in Zatoka. The room was very comfortable, it smelled like wood. The Internet worked without interruption.

Perfect place! The sea is just a stone's throw away. Lovely staff. They fed, watered, and put them to bed. Large territory. There were three of us adults, everyone is happy! Andrey a separate respect !!!

You clean the room yourself, the towels were once white, but now washed and as if not washed at all. The air conditioner has not been serviced for about 10 years, as soon as they turned on, a reaction to dust immediately went. There are cobwebs under the windowsill and on the ceiling. The refrigerator is tiny and ate cold, purely that would count.
The mattresses on the beds are disgusting, washed, it is impossible to sleep. So also dirty and do not expect cleanliness under them either.
The door to the bathroom can only be closed from the inside, so once you enter the room, you cannot close the door behind you.
The base is located 15 minutes from the beach and right next to the railway station. Yes, if it is busy, then the trains may not be visible, but it is audible. The road to the beach through the bazaar, where prices are more expensive for everything than at the market in 5 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot) at the next station.
The kettle in the summer kitchen is such that it is scary to boil water in it for tea, but there is no electric kettle there.
And further. Everything is good, location, cleanliness, cozy kitchen, warm in the room. Friendly welcoming host. It was especially pleasant after a long journey that the food was brought to the room. Quiet courtyard, where the child can run.

Two weeks before the rest, we booked a room in this hotel on Booking. We immediately phoned the owner Andrey, clarified everything, confirmed the reservation, food should be turned on. Two days before arrival, they called again. This time, the price increased by as much as 3 thousand for food ... On the 12th, our friends moved in there, and at the same time asked for our room. Andrey said "And there are no rooms for them anymore. I generally thought they would raise the price by 5 thousand so that they would refuse the room" ..... Thank you very much to the neighboring hotel "Alisa's", which sheltered us. I believe that this is Destiny itself, that everything turned out exactly that way, since we now have a full-fledged Rest, and not fuss with the Gold Coast and its owner. This hotel does not even deserve one star that I have given.
