Hotel Uyut in Kremenchuk

There's not even anything to give one star for. A terrible hotel, terrible. It's unreal cold, there's no air conditioning to warm up, the sound insulation is terrible - you can hear everything that's going on. The shower in the kitchen, how can that be? The bed is already 20 years old, thank goodness the towels are still normal. The most interesting thing is the price - 1100 UAH Comfort 🤣 for that price you can rent a room in Odessa and breakfast will be included. Horrible, there are no words. This hotel needs to close for renovation or set prices lower to match its picture of the room.

They didn't accept us for the night. Because there was no money. They didn't support any agreements or variations, it's very unpleasant, and even in wartime they insisted, everything could be moved, and the law and other points, and even at night they had to look for their number A for a long time between houses. It's just insulting. And the water supply area is really that big, there's a difference between a water supply stop and something else. They called at 11 pm.

The name itself does not correspond to reality........It is just a quiet HORROR.....the room is not clean (fungus everywhere, the bed is not clean, repairs have not been done since the Khrushchev era, the ceiling in the bathroom is collapsing, holes in the ceiling, the walls are literally covered in scum, the tulle and windows were not washed at all, there was half a centimeter of dust on the TV, the chandelier was also all in the pole, the room smelled terribly). When we settled in, there was no light, even when they turned on the light - there was NO hot water. The lock in the room did not close. The hotel has no shelter. As for air conditioning, wi-fi, a generator - I am silent, I probably do not even know what such things are......
And most importantly, the manager of this hostel (because this is not a hotel) Valeria violated Articles 29 and 10 of the Constitution of Ukraine in relation to us. ( She spoke to us in the enemy language, I quote her words "You must spend the night here!" (of course it was said in the enemy language).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Definitely NO and again NO!!! This was the worst hotel-hostel I have encountered in all of Ukraine!!!!!
