We were passing through and had to stay overnight. For such a purpose and price we can tolerate. But there are many drawbacks:
-Renovation is not bad, but the room is untidy, there are absolutely no dishes and even those are poorly washed.
-The staff is unpleasant and not sociable, it felt like we didn't come to the owner for money and they were doing us a favor.
-The toilet stank of sewage all night. It was impossible to sleep with this smell.

We stayed for one night as a family, paid 900 UAH, at first glance it seemed like a normal room. But when we were going to go to bed, we noticed that the bed was dirty (hair, crumbs). The sink and the floor were also dirty. Another minus - a lot of flies.

For the money, it's a great place to spend the night. It's a private sector, dogs bark at night, so it's better to close the window. I was pleased with the mosquito net on the window, the boiler, warm water, kettle and dishes in the room. Large bed. Modern renovation. Lots of different shampoos and shower gels to choose from.
Cons: no air conditioning, noisy in the yard, dog barks all night.

It's not even a bad place. And exactly at 11, no one will drive you with a broom, which, for me personally, is very important. I would like to note the dignity - a separate entrance from the terrace, on which there are 2 more entrances to similar rooms.
Among the disadvantages - there is not enough autonomous heating. There is only general, which is still too early to include, it's understandable, but the night turned out to be cold and I managed to keep warm in the room. It would be nice to organize some kind of heater that could be turned on for an hour or two, to drive out the warm air.
But, in general, I was satisfied with the place.
Recommend.

It was December 20, 21, the owner told how to get there and met in person, the room is comfortable and tidy for the night, I shoot one star for insufficient heating, it was quite cool, although the battery was warm. thanks

We took "luxury" for 600 UAH. For the money, just fine. Essentially a full-fledged one-room apartment. There is hot water. A very big plus that the room is QUIET. No neighbors are heard. There is an electric heater. Among the shortcomings, the lack of curtains on the windows and a kettle in the kitchen (cost a saucepan). Well, in the shower, it would not hurt to make a shower holder🙂. In general, we were satisfied.

In a word, the hostel was greeted by a boorish owner, the floors and beds were terribly dirty, we waited 20 minutes for a bed. I do not advise anyone!
