Nothing to compare since I've only been to it.
Despite his 4-zvezdnosti, put a solid top 5!
The service is excellent, rooms are clean, have Hairdryer, Minibar, 3 towels, dressing-gowns, give a compliment in the form of bottles of water and cups of tea, fresh bed, the mattresses are comfortable, everything is super!
The hot water was. Toilet paper too. The soap in the shampoo was also.
In General, nothing to complain about.
The hotel "Palazzo" really deserves to be called the best in Poltava.
If funds permit, I recommend to stay in this hotel.
