Premier Hotel Shafran in Sumy

Wanted to book a table for the New Year. Got the call last night. The young man replied that he was not aware of the details, and the administrator is busy. But he'll punch in my number and during the evening to contact me. Unfortunately, no one called back. This afternoon I called back again and was told that the administrator had not yet arrived. Asked to call back later. After forty minutes I called back and told me that the administrator is busy again, and besides it no one knows anything. Pledged of dreams to write down my number and call back. During the day, no one called. In the evening I called again and the same young man assured me that he had all the information was handed to the Manager and promised that he'll tell her. Actually, no I didn't call back.
A pity, because I've heard many accolades about the cuisine of this establishment, and great service. Although, I don't know how this is possible if the staff cannot cope with an elementary task: to call back to the client (which is calling it for the second day) !!!!

Not for the first time in Saffron last year was better. The room was the mixer of choice for luxury. Very meager content. Met twice with cockroaches in the bathroom. The room is big enough, but this is a plus and a minus: cool, if you do not use air conditioning.
Still very upset that claiming the standard of the hotels 4 stars, the service definitely doesn't match. Without our knowledge was closed buffet Breakfast until 11.00, when we arrived at 10.40 all were empty))) Yes, we made Breakfast, but why can't I see what I have to offer? Naturally, the administration justified their staff and explained the situation to the fact that we are told to Wake up in the morning)))

The hotel is decent. Guide is great! The accountant quarrelsome rural woman-habalki. The fool in the crown!!!
Nothing but ambition... out of the blue. Prepares the documents with errors. Encountered. Do not hesitate!
