Where to stay in Sumy

Also booked room through Hotels.com. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book. Lady at desk was unpleasant. The next day they magically found my reservation and payment. They paid the money back but the price on the room was different. This is a bait and switch scam.

+ Good location, helpful staff, large and very comfortable beds, large bathroom. The room is very clean. The interior and decoration are new. The hotel is close to the train station (5-3 minutes to drive). The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. - The bath cabine... it is small and a standard size cabine.

I remember a building which was before this (as I grew up in the house next to it), it’s a pity they couldn’t keep it. The hotel itself is a decent place, both quiet and comfortable, with great staff.

Vacationing with his brother on the old site. Overall comfortable and not stressful so..well sat. Liked the hookah and meat salad. A good alternative to the noisy center. :)

The hotel is very cool. Could make a great first impression. The rooms are clean, bed is white, although you can complain to inaccessible places for dust. Reception, waiters and other staff very friendly. Over Breakfast, live music, stands a baby Grand piano. But there are some nuances. Stated satellite TV. Service is fine rooms outdated and could use a freshen up. Shower cabine is small and getting in and out too complicated because of the high edge. Price/quality ok

Reikartz is an excellent business hotel in the center of Sumy, Ukraine. Clean and quiet. Very basic but excellent if you need a clean and quiet place.

Good hotel ,unfortunately i was involved in incident with water from a bar and had to pay twice because it was administration error...i left with bitter feeling,dont know if i will stay there again,i ve stayed there 3 times in past and it is shame i probably have to find another hotel.As i ve learned on my mistake,i advise other guests to keep all reciepts if you buying anything from rooms bar.

Very comfortable hotel with modern rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and central location. Good café and restaurant. They made breakfast to go when we had an early train. Highly recommended in Sumy.

The juiciest meat in town. One of my favorite places for the last 15 years. Always delicious salads and main courses. Every year something new and interesting is added to the menu. What I like most in the summer is a place on the terrace, a picturesque location and a well-kept yard. I wish you to live long and continue to cook deliciously 🥰

Always warm and comfortable and good service. The food menu is almost home style, nothing crazy but the quality and presentation are much better than anything at home. It is always a pleasure to come here.

We were passing through Sumy and stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised) very clean, cozy and most importantly warm) at the door we were offered something to eat. I really liked the Vesela Bdzhilka hotel. Let's start with when you enter the hall, you are always greeted with a smile and sweets, dear concierge. It doesn't matter what time of day. We had a delicious lunch, the territory is beautifully decorated in a traditional style, the goldfish and seashells on the territory were a pleasant surprise.
