Where to stay in Sumy

Friendly staff. A simple conference room for events. A pleasant event manager. Thank you, we'll be back! 👌

Been here two times ... nice place to spend the night.

Best hotel in Sumy city. Premier hotel network.

,Excellent staff, excellent food, great English speakers. fantastic location, beautiful houses around the hotel. Beautiful clean. immaculate hotel. My room was very clean, and excellent views from my balcony. Highly recommend this hotel. I will return. Thank you very much to all the staff. And for Doing my laundry.. thanks. 😉😘👍🍹

Vacationing with his brother on the old site. Overall comfortable and not stressful so..well sat. Liked the hookah and meat salad. A good alternative to the noisy center. :)

The hotel is very cool. Could make a great first impression. The rooms are clean, bed is white, although you can complain to inaccessible places for dust. Reception, waiters and other staff very friendly. Over Breakfast, live music, stands a baby Grand piano. But there are some nuances. Stated satellite TV. But 70% of the channels available, and those that are available, the picture is in red and no...

Service is fine rooms outdated and could use a freshen up. Shower cabine is small and getting in and out too complicated because of the high edge. Price/quality ok

Reikartz is an excellent business hotel in the center of Sumy, Ukraine. Clean and quiet. Very basic but excellent if you need a clean and quiet place.

Good hotel ,unfortunately i was involved in incident with water from a bar and had to pay twice because it was administration error...i left with bitter feeling, dont know if i will stay there again,i ve stayed there 3 times in past and it is shame i probably have to find another hotel. As i ve learned on my mistake,i advise other guests to keep all reciepts if you buying anything from rooms bar.

Gotel roztashovaniy u samomu tsentri, shcho duzhe zruchno. Pogulyati, poyisti - use poruch. Prote tse pererobleniy stariy gotel i normalno zrobleni tilki ostanni poverhi, de roztashovani kimnati vishchogo klasu. Utsilomu use dobre, hocha vanni kimnati/tualeti inkoli mogli b buti ohaynishimi.

Very comfortable hotel with modern rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and central location. Good café and restaurant. They made breakfast to go when we had an early train. Highly recommended in Sumy.

Very nice. Good attitude. Pleasing breakfast.

Also booked room through Hotels.com. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book. Lady at desk was unpleasant. The next day they magically found my reservation and payment. They paid the money back but the price on the room was different. This is a bait and switch scam.

+ Good location, helpful staff, large and very comfortable beds, large bathroom. The room is very clean. The interior and decoration are new. The hotel is close to the train station (5-3 minutes to drive). The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. - The bath cabine... it is small and a standard size cabine.

Lidia was very good at reception

Excellent food , comfortable room what more do you want

I remember a building which was before this (as I grew up in the house next to it), it’s a pity they couldn’t keep it. The hotel itself is a decent place, both quiet and comfortable, with great staff.

The juiciest meat in town. One of my favorite places for the last 15 years. Always delicious salads and main courses. Every year something new and interesting is added to the menu. What I like most in the summer is a place on the terrace, a picturesque location and a well-kept yard. I wish you to live long and continue to cook deliciously 🥰

Always warm and comfortable and good service. The food menu is almost home style, nothing crazy but the quality and presentation are much better than anything at home. It is always a pleasure to come here.

Good food. They have English menu. Location is very good, right next to the river. Lots of parking space. Reasonable price

Good place good ambiance and Worth for the money

Prekrasnoe raspolozhenie u reki, krasivye i prostornye nomera, v nomerah chisto i akkuratno - priyatno v nih nahoditsya. No zavtraki ostavlyayut zhelat luchshego - predlozhili kusok zapechennogo myasa (mne slozhno poverit, chto ono zapekalos s 4 utra i poetomu svezhee) i varenye yaytsa (kotorye slozhno chistit), podustavshie yabloki i pomidory, klassicheskaya narezka syra/kolbasy, hlopya (no eto dlya...

I think that food in this restaurant is delicious.

I recommend this hotel) great service (friendly administrators) great rooms I liked everything, if I stay in Sumy, then only here!!❤️

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Although there were no vacancies on the booking, they booked us a room by phone. Check-in at any time, which is very convenient. At the time of our check-in, the establishments in the place were no longer working, so it is very convenient that the hotel has a kitchen, they sent a menu and prepared everything at the specified time, they take care that guests...

We were passing through Sumy and stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised) very clean, cozy and most importantly warm) at the door we were offered something to eat. Even late in the evening the kitchen works here, and we were fed deliciously and most importantly inexpensively. The administrator offered us to turn on the heating, the room became warm and the heated floor was very surprising...

We, two cyclists, rested in this hotel from August 23 to 25 And I can say with confidence that everything was very 👍 I was amazed that when we said “we will be on bikes”, we were immediately offered to put them in the room itself or in a closed room. For this, a huge thank you!👌 The staff, as you already understood, is very friendly, kind and sincere🙃 The room is clean and comfortable 👍 Very satisfied...

I really liked the Vesela Bdzhilka hotel. Let's start with when you enter the hall, you are always greeted with a smile and sweets, dear concierge. It doesn't matter what time of day. He takes you to the room, explains everything with dignity, the rooms are all pretty good🤗 comfortable, clean, there is no smell of nicotine, the interior is good, and I can write so much more😉 And with regards to payment...

Very good service and pretty chill place, very quiet and good for rest

We had a delicious lunch, the territory is beautifully decorated in a traditional style, the goldfish and seashells on the territory were a pleasant surprise. Delicious cuisine, we liked the rabbit in sour cream sauce, and the carp .... I would like to note the dumplings of our own production, with cheese they were tender and tasty. The staff is attentive and friendly, the girls with a smile are perfectly...

Good tasty cuisine, reasonable prices, very beautiful, excellent service.

Nice typical tradional Ukrainian restaurant near countryside. Many dishes to choose.

Nice local restaurant, real Ukrainian food and surroundings
