Little tricky to find, but elevator up, and great reception personnel. Rooms fresh and as like new. House keeping did an excellent job. Location at the bus station and train just a mile away. Small mall across street, only 75 meters away. maybe one mile to center square and so many wonderful restaurants: one named MEAT, and it was great. Stayed here 3 weeks once and another week another time.

Best for money, the room is not big but it is gorgeous, and service is very nice, the room has a TV and a wardrobe. You are provided with a bottle of water and two glasses, two cups, per person a towel, a napkin, tea bag with two sugars and a stirrer, plus two shampoos and a soap.
Amazing deal

Hotel is located on top of the city bus station, on the 3rd floor (do not worry, they do have an elevator). The neighborhood is pretty busy. However it’s just a walk distance away from the historical center.

There is not a lot of things in the hotel itself, just rooms and a coffee machine on the reception. (I.e. there is no restaurant nor a bar, no club, neither any other usual things)

Rooms are nice, fresh, and clean. Bathrooms also good.

If you are arriving by a car you need to drive inside bus station lot and go around the bad station almost all the way to the exit.

It a bit too simple than hotels I would usually prefer, however it absolutely worth what they are asking for.
