Probably the best option to stay in Ternopil. Exceptionally located, nice views if you're on the waterfront side, spacious outside parking. Breakfast is served in hotel's Panorama restaurant, is pretty standard buffet with variety of cold and hot dishes. Coffee is good, there are some local dishes as well. I liked syrnyki, which are a sort of small cottage cheese pancakes? Rooms are small but comfy...

Ternopil is a lovely city and the Hotel "Ternopil" is perfectly situated to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The hotel staff is friendly and the accommodations are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The restaurant doesn't have a very wide selection of drinks but their food selection is huge. I loved Ternopil, small city but very beautiful! The park right in the city center, besides the lake has this amazing atmosphere with many families walking and playing around. Great place!

Stayed multiple times and the service has consistently improved. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is professional, and the location near the train station is convenient. Breakfast and food at the restaurant are also worth mentioning. Good value overall for Ternopil.

It's not my first stay by this place and I always loved the service, but this time it achieved a new level. I called to book from today to tomorrow. Got discount for booking on the last notice. Was allowed to move in WAY earlier than officially allowed. I asked to get breakfast today, not tomorrow, due to me living at night, got permission for that as well. Cozy place. Good service. Room is clean. Breakfast is very tasty. Especially recommend the food in their restaurant. Location is nice. Noise from railway station is not so hearable.

Good hotel in the center of the city.

Perfect place: not far away from the center of the city and right next to the railway station. Service is outstanding: one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen. Breakfast is good enough, you just shouldn’t expect any special dishes. Stayed there for 5 nights and would definitely recommend Avalon Hotel as a hotel you can stay in.

I showed up late at night. This hotel was completely booked. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to translate (on her phone) what I was trying to ask her, call another hotel to see if they had a room for me and call me a taxi. I took up a lot of her time and she did not want anything in return. This is Ukrainian hospitality. The lady saved my night. Will definitely stay here in the future...

We like this hotel because of the lake view from the windowand balcony, and the sunrize over the lake. The hotel itself is a nostalgic one, however renovated in most of its parts. If you are looking for perfectness in every corner then you are wrong here. However it is pretty clean, with air con, friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel located in close proximity to city centre, lake, and a club. It’s older but very nice and quite. Great customer service and very nice staff.

The food is tasty and very close to the traditional way of making it. And pleasant atmosphere with traditional music, polka, waltz and traditional home made drinks!

For me this has always been the place to stay in Ternopil. Although they often don’t receive payment cards, the view from the window easily compensates for that. Very quiet, pretty clean and perfect as a starting point for an early morning run!

This is not really a hotel, but rather apartments in a part of a shopping center. As for the cleanliness in the room and amenities, everything is on top, but we are not talking about some additional chips of a traditional hotel, for example, a fitness room, lobby, bar, own restaurant. Cozy, very warm room. Even completely screwed the batteries. It was not noisy, the windows did not look out on the denouement, but on the houses. Lovely girls at the reception, they didn’t take breakfast in order to sleep longer. But the coffee at the reception is good. You can easily walk to the center on foot. Normal hotel.

Best for money, the room is not big but it is gorgeous, and service is very nice, the room has a TV and a wardrobe. You are provided with a bottle of water and two glasses, two cups, per person a towel, a napkin, tea bag with two sugars and a stirrer, plus two shampoos and a soap. Amazing deal

Little tricky to find, but elevator up, and great reception personnel. Rooms fresh and as like new. House keeping did an excellent job. Location at the bus station and train just a mile away. Small mall across street, only 75 meters away. maybe one mile to center square and so many wonderful restaurants: one named MEAT, and it was great. Stayed here 3 weeks once and another week another time.

Good hotel but bad service. They didn't change our towels, gave us toilet paper after we asked for that about 5 times. And we got it just because my dad paid to the hotel cleaner. The food is good but you have to wait about 20 minutes for your outmeal. They don't speak english much so they don't even understand what oatmeal is even it's in the menu.
