Kedem Hotel in Luts'k

We stayed here with our tour group for a few days.
The first thing that was unpleasantly surprising was the size of the standard room for three (two single beds and a sofa). There is no place to turn around for one person, let alone three! No kitchen area, only a dressing table, a shabby chair, a TV, a refrigerator and a wardrobe with a door...
The second thing is the shower cabin, which can accommodate maybe a ten-year-old child, not a regular adult, and it is also covered in mold. The shower is yellowed, covered in rust, as is the many-year-old mirror. When you go to the toilet at night, expect insects to crawl out from under the sink or toilet, which have grown up from the moisture. Also, there is not a single hook in the bathroom where you can hang that unfortunate towel or put your things.
The location of the hotel is infinitely far from the center, it takes 20-25 minutes by taxi.
Of the pluses: delicious breakfast, parking, ATM, shop, room cleaning.
For such an INVERTED price you can find a better hotel, with better conditions, where the owners update the interior and take care of cleanliness.

Terribly dirty rooms. Dirty refrigerators! Greasy door and window handles! Washed-out linens! Smells like sewage! Moldy windows! Horribly dirty curtains and everything around them!!!!!! We rented two rooms (we were staying with friends, and the rooms were far from sanitary). It's scary to touch the shower faucet because you'll get stuck in the dirt! I simply left the room for the cafe downstairs because it was unbearable to be there! It was also cold, and when I tried to turn on the air conditioner to warm the room, nothing happened! There was only one outlet in the bedroom. And the cleanliness of the kettle is nauseating!
All this beauty costs 1,300 UAH. And yes, a broken sewer, which causes a disgusting smell, doesn't affect the price!!!!
On the plus side: the cafe on the ground floor (clean + tasty + inexpensive!), and you can order food to your room. Grocery and hardware stores are also nearby.
Hairdresser (convenient for those who need it).
Pharmacy.
ATM!
Not far from the shopping center!
But given the major drawback regarding cleanliness, I'll never set foot there again!
