The hotel is good, keeps the level: clean spacious (well, relatively) rooms, good heating, restaurant. ,,Swedish breakfast,, impeccable

The girls at the reception are polite, courteous, they speak Russian well, they are ready to orient the tourist on all requests

She opened a very wonderful spa salon for herself. The employees are impeccable, a wide selection of procedures.

New two-level apartments of the hotel in a separate building are really luxury. Good location, quiet and very nice views. Breakfasts are OK for a short stay.

Great service. There's a playground for kids, enough parking spaces and the food is delicious. The bill would probably be above the average, but it's worth it.

Awesome place to both eat & sleep near to Lutsk (Wolyn area) - if You came to Ukraine from Poland or Belarus by car or bus and IT is late - this is probably nr 1 place worth aiming if UR tired and want to rest

Personal diponibilissimo, all new and clean, I don't know how many stars they have but I paid for a room 450 gvn 16 euro available comfortable bed, nice bathroom, wifi free and good, parking is free, so give it 4 stars, and one more to be economic then 5 (I mean star)

130 km from Dorohusk border and 2nd best and closer alternative if UR really tired is Comfort hotel in Kovel (50 km from Dorohusk) from Dorohusk but cuisine in Kolobok is top class

Great hotel of the European level, the rooms are comfortable, often on a business trip, only "the Gingerbread man". The kitchen and menu has been carefully chosen. Recommend!!!

We dined on exceptional cuisine with fresh products and made at the time and even made breakfast. I personally with what you have taken I'd give you just a bottle of water

Thank you to the receptionist who opened for us late at night after we were delayed. Huge room, nice and clean (very firm mattress). Huge bathroom with a tub. Huge and tasty breakfast croissant.

The only inconvenience is the night club and the karaoke, which are located under the hotel. I didn't find it to be extremely disturbing, but I suppose it could be an issue for some people

Hotel is located on the first floor of the mall. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, spacious and nicely decorated

Hotel located above the night club so mostly clients you can guess who. Loud reception area and corridor. In the room you can hear all the time sounds from bowling center next to the hotel through the common wall

I booked it for 5 days but left directly after first night. I’ll not recommend this hotel

The hotel offers a spa experience, which has to be communicated one hour in advanced. The jacuzzi and sauna were for just the two of us to use. The breakfast area was really wonderful with a great ambiance

Stayed at the hotel on August 12, 2021. The price is democratic (about 400 UAH per room). Location on the outskirts of Lutsk. Friendly receptionist met, showed and explained everything

Stayed for one night. Not a bad cafe. Price/quality = great. Of the minuses only that the cafe opens at 9 am, and we had to go a little earlier.

There was a late check-in, they settled quickly and cooked dinner on order. The staff is good and responsive. We spent the night in a building separate from the hotel, the room was clean, but the room was cool.

Overall okay: friendly staff, clean, good repair in the room, Wi-Fi. BUT AT NIGHT (MONTH OF JANUARY) THE ROOM WAS AROUND + 16C. Volume 3-
