Hotel Versailles in Luts'k

Worst hotel in Lutsk. It is located between a nightclub with constant music and a bowling alley above the rooms. You will not be able to sleep due to continuous noise, the bowling is gonna crack your ears even with earplugs. You are able to sleep between 2 and 6 am if you are a lucky person and the bowling alley is not open illegally. The walls between the rooms are made of paper, I could hear anything from both sides. They promised me another room, the noise was the same. I left the hotel after 3 days with 6 hours of sleep totally. The staff is nice, the breakfast is good, for business this hotel is the worst, you can not rest after work.

The hotel looked very good and is new, which means that the rooms are nice and big and the interior is in a good condition. However, the hotel turned out to be a dissappointment. At the time of my visit they didn't yet have their own parking area; the parking was located some 500 metres away without a good possibility to stop anywhere near the hotel to get one's luggage inside from a short distance.

The hotel's restaurant was under renovation and the breakfast was served in the rooms. I asked to have my breakfasts at 08AM; the first morning I got it at 09:05AM and the next morning at 08:25AM. In addition, the second morning I got the butter and cheese for my toast 5 minutes after I had already finished my breakfast.

The hotel is located on the second floor and there's no lift at the hotel, which makes it impossible for people with disabilities and quite inconvenient for those travelling with big and heavy luggage.

There is a disco and Karaoke bar downstairs, working on weekends. At the time of my stay they were not open so it's not known how much noise is carried over to the hotel rooms from there.
