We are kinda regular customers. Pretty good service. The only issue is there was a shoe polisher in the lobby, but now it's gone. As long as it's muddy outside, I'd definitely use it. Other than that, to my mind the best hotel in Uzhgorod.

Great location (city centre is like 5 min. on foot), kind staff, nice rooms (with lot of space). Kinda no view though (but we did not want any), an elevator could be handy (for someone older), there were separate beds and like bambilions of mosquitoes (summer season). Nevertheless, we were satisfied and we had slept well (after bloody battle with the mosquitoes during the first night)

Hotel few minutes from center. All needed is around. Staff very kind and helpful. Room was clean, but not swept well.

I was struck by the unpleasant smell in the pool, I have never felt anything like this in pools.

Located in a beautiful place among nature, lots of greenery, good enclosures. Well-functioning service area, you can try Transcarpathian cuisine and rest in thermal pools.

The thermal pool is noticeably dirty, the fresh pool is much cleaner, it has a nice panoramic view, relatively fewer people are overall happy, but not great
