Nice clean rooms and very warm and reasonable prices.

A plus for the car wash, there used to be a billiards pool, which was also great, but now it is closed and therefore a minus.

Nice hotel, really clean, bed in a spacious room, TV. Shower, toilet. Shop on site, everything you need to relax in the evening.

Slightly gloomy interior, but very friendly staff, if tired from the road it will do, but you need to have all the bathroom accessories with you, since the hotel has only towels and two disposable shampoos, no slippers. But we were tired, so we weren't particularly upset.

A good place to sleep fast after a long journey. I would like hot water and a warmer room. Grateful for the night check in. It was difficult to find such a place in this region.

Rented a 4-bed apartment. It was very convenient that there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as stayed by 2 families. There is a large and comfortable kitchen. There is a table in the yard for comfortable rest and communication. We had a great rest before the long road. The owner Roman is friendly and helpful. He gave us full information about the necessary documents for crossing the border.

We were thankful to stay a night here. They prepared a meal for us late at night, even fried our vegetarian burgers. The staff was polite and nice, the bedsheets/towels were clean and didn’t smell like any detergent. The water pressure could be improved.

Pros: clean room, white bedding. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Minus: specifically in our room, the drain barrels did not work. ( Kitchen: It's great. We ordered dumplings, cheesecakes, pancakes and scrambled eggs. Everything is very delicious. Portions are big enough for two.

This is a good place to stay over a weekend, but there is nothing really special about it. On the upsude the staff is friendly, on the downside, is the accomodations, while wooden, don't have air conditioning, there are no options to pay with a card, and lastly you can hear everything that is happening in the next room. The food is ok, and the prices are good as well, but nothing really stands out

I would name nature and surrounding area along with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains as the only strong advantage of the place. Also, it is a good place for a short stay but I wouldn't recommend you to spend a vacation there. At the same time, guided tours are pretty well done and will be good for both families and loners. All in all, I doubt that one can find anything better in the area...

It is pretty horrible indeed, but a nice experience if you give up personal comfort completely and just enjoy the atmosphere of feeling like a western spy in 1970s soviet union. Brutal architecture and concrete blocks, all for your aesthetic pleasure.

The hotel is a terrible scoop, but great lobby bar in the lobby, perfect location, views and low prices partly justify the disadvantages.

Very nice place for met friends

We are kinda regular customers. Pretty good service. The only issue is there was a shoe polisher in the lobby, but now it's gone. As long as it's muddy outside, I'd definitely use it. Other than that, to my mind the best hotel in Uzhgorod.

Ochen vkusnaya eda, tseny nizhe srednie ili dazhe nizhe. Bystroe obsluzhivanie, personal dobrodushno raspolozhen k klientu, pomozhet v vybore blyud. Very tasty local quisine, prices are around or below average in this region. Service is quite fast, the waiters are very helpful, will advise you on choice of dishes available. Not sure if they speak any lingo but Ukrainian.

Comfortable clean rooms. Nice quiet location. Fresh air around. I think very attractive to be visited in summer time. Pools are available.

Very tasty. Good choice of fresh food. Lovely place to visit with friends, family.

Great place to stay. Quite with a parking, not far away from the centre. For each visitors I recommand to use a sauna. It is amazing!

The resort was beautiful with many things to do. But it was a little far away from the center. The staff was smiley and even though they could not talk english very well they tried.

The hotel is quite good. But for some reason, management decided that to show I can and maid. Very nice woman, but in some significant issues simply do not have the information. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are huge and richly decorated. The air-conditioning works without problems. I didn’t have dinners there, but breakfasts were realitively poor. Service is not especially friendly, what I’ve experienced during accommodation.

Slightly worn-out. Needs some maintenance and repair. But overall experience is OK. Rather poor breakfast.

Great place, we traveled with little baby and they where so nice to us. Even provided baby chair for us to take to the room. Only minus was the very soft bed. Other wise nothing to complain about.

This is a phenomenal establishment anywhere but, particularly for the region. I made this my home for a little over a month. I was consistently pleased with the hotel and restaurant. I had no trouble with English, communication. The only downside is their overzealous efforts to save energy. I don't appreciate needing to use my phone for light walking through the place at night. Place with high pretensiones but price doesn't correspond to quality of food and service. Now it supposed to be most "posh" place in Užhorod, but I would not suggest go there. Absolutely incredible food. Eat here. Every meal here is off the charts. And no nasty music videos which are found in just about every other Ukrainian restaurant. Just 2 TVs of beautiful scenery. Oh, and while you're there, try the CHAN (a sauna like experience of sitting in a giant cauldron of mineral water with (no joke) a fire under it.

Nice hotel! Comfortable, with reliable and polite staff. Spacious room (wow-effect garanteed!). Bathroom without any flaws. Charmed cafe on 1-st floor with tasty breakfast and daily menu. One small disadvantage - indirect road approach from Avenue. 5* and our gratefulness for awesom service. We will exactly return in next business trip.

Service is not on very good level. Food is pretty tasty but you can find better in Uzhgorod.

Kinda no view though (but we did not want any), an elevator could be handy (for someone older), there were separate beds and like bambilions of mosquitoes (summer season). Nevertheless, we were satisfied and we had slept well (after bloody battle with the mosquitoes during the first night)

Great place to stay for a few days while visiting Ukraine and Transcarpatia region. The fact that there’s only 8 rooms available make this place quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed homemade tasty breakfasts on a beautiful terrace (the city view is included), the staff was very polite and helpful (many thanks to Stanislaw and Inna). The Villa is just marvelous. It's reconstructed from the XVII century church's building and has authentic artifacts inside such as stairs, chimneys, brickwork ceilings and wine vault in the basement. The interiors are lovely, and the rooms are cosy and furnished with everything one may expect. The yard has a barbecue set and several tables where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lawn and the trees...

Great place in a great location next to the castle and the cathedral. The rooms are big and clear. The villa is very elegant and fancy. In the basement there is a nice restaurant where you can try all kind of wine... I really recommend this hotel.
