After the first hour, the bath attendant came and added firewood, so the vat was hot all the time. There is a heated room near the vat, where there is a small pool with cool water, as well as a shower and a changing room

Even dont understand the low rating at booking. Big complex right behind the border with some soviet charme,but-clean,spacious room,very friendly staff and even own brewery

There were problems with the room booking, the manager promptly corrected. The hotel is decent, the manager skillfully copes with situations.

We really liked everything, we ran from the vat to the cool pool and back :) You can also dilute the water in the vat at your own discretion

The water in the vat gradually heated up. When we arrived, the water was warm, but after 15 minutes it was already about 40-42 degrees

Cozy, spacious, friendly staff, stayed only one night, everything is great!

Best Hotel in Uzhgorod, nice and friendly staff, perfect breakfast,perfect location very recommended.

The city is beautifull and in city restaurants you can eat and drink in the price of a hotels breakfast, the staff of hotel is very helpfull and polite

I stayed for two nights whilst visiting orphanages supported by Childaid to Eastern Europe, a charity that I'm fundraising for

Enjoyed the stay. Location is awesome, very central. Sauna is really great. Room was also nice. Would come again.

Perfect location, in the heart of the city. Everything you want to see is close to it. Rooms are modest but clean. Breakfast is good. All in all, it is a decent hotel for this price and i can recommend it.

Basic hotel with a great location, just right in the historical center of Uzhgorod. Usually good breakfast is included in the room rate.

Great value and quality. Friendly staff, very convenient location. The only problem noticed is a very bad Internet connection.

Very nice, great and relatively cheap (which doesn't affect high quality). No Soviet furnishings or Soviet spirit, luckily.

We are kinda regular customers. The only issue is there was a shoe polisher in the lobby, but now it's gone. As long as it's muddy outside, I'd definitely use it. Other than that, to my mind the best hotel in Uzhgorod

Very tasty local quisine, prices are around or below average in this region. Service is quite fast, the waiters are very helpful, will advise you on choice of dishes available

Comfortable clean rooms. Nice quiet location. Fresh air around. I think very attractive to be visited in summer time. Pools are available.

Great place to stay. Quite with a parking, not far away from the centre. For each visitors I recommand to use a sauna. It is amazing!

The resort was beautiful with many things to do. But it was a little far away from the center. The staff was smiley and even though they could not talk english very well they tried.

There are spa, massages, cosmetics and other procedures useful for health and beauty. For fans of steaming in the bath here is a bath. Also there is restaurant and meal is big and delicious

Very beautiful place, especially inside yard. Good service, comfortable rooms. Stop in this hotel is good choice for people which careful about health or want to fix it

But for some reason, management decided that to show I can and maid. Very nice woman, but in some significant issues simply do not have the information

To be honest, for the first time on a pre-arranged meeting to me so strangely treated. The rooms here are pleasant, but not supernovae

Lived a few days. A cozy hotel with spacious room and a large veranda. Fireplace, coffee, Breakfast, terms, staff: everything is fine.

The hotels was nice and comfortable, Admin and reception were so kind, I recommend it for you.

Great service , lovely friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, great value for money !

Overall, not bad,but lacked a hair dryer,and some shelves in the bath or shower,towels are only small and the mattress with a pierce into Boca springs. Of the benefits air conditioning,hot water,friendly staff

Of the minuses - on the 2nd floor very floor flexes and creaks a bit it was cold in the morning (were at the end of November)

The staff is very friendly, they are always going to meet you, to meet your wishes. Good location, near the center

Not a bad hotel, clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen. The room has satellite TV, it's cool on a hot day, which is good news. Not far from the city center, quietly, the birds are singing. Recommend

But there are also disadvantages - the rooms are quite cold, the audibility between the rooms is 60%. Weak WiFi signal in the rooms farther along the corridor, we can say it is not there

Pros - inexpensive, acceptable, friendly. A big plus and gratitude for helping me out, settling in even at 2 a. I did not observe any problems with plumbing

The situation is quite normal, sometimes it was noisy at night, in my room there was a problem with the lock since I had to stand at the door for about five minutes and try to open it somehow, this is not very good! The second problem was that in the shower of the situation the tile was not even and when taking a shower the whole bathroom was in the water, I almost fell there, it’s horrible to do something...
